The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Morse Code at none against Square Fall Game's 12. Morse Code also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Square Fall Game's advantage is ratings volume (346 vs 14). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Square Fall Game sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Morse Code asks for nothing beyond the download.
Morse Code holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Square Fall Game has 346 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Morse Code's written reviews are positive against 85% of Square Fall Game's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
