LOOK UP!! helps you maintain proper neck posture while using mobile devices, preventing pain and long-term damage. When you tilt your head down to use your phone, the effective weight on your neck increases dramatically - up to 60 pounds at a 60-degree angle! This puts enormous strain on your neck muscles and spine, potentially leading to chronic pain, headaches, poor posture, and reduced mobility over time.
