GymForge: Serious Lifting - Zero Distractions - Proper Form Mastery Stop wrestling with complicated workout apps. GymForge gives dedicated lifters a simple yet powerful way to build, track, and master workouts – with a clean, native interface that keeps your focus on training. Key Features: - TRACK PROGRESS WITH PERSONALIZED INSIGHTS: Your Dashboard provides Quick Start access to recent workouts and insights. View consistency on a calendar heatmap, track volume, training time, and personal records over time – weekly to yearly. - CREATE YOUR PERFECT PLAN: Intuitively build truly custom routines. Add, remove, and sort exercises; set target sets with flexible rep modes (fixed reps, rep ranges, or AMRAP) or a hold time; and configure optional RPE targets as a single value, a range, or per set – your way, with fewer taps. - SMART PROGRESSION GUIDANCE: NextLoad indicators analyze your performance and suggest whether to increase, maintain, or decrease weight for your next session. Combined with automatic weight increments, progressive overload has never been easier. - PAUSE & RESUME ANYTIME: Life happens. Pause your workout mid-session and pick up exactly where you left off, right from your dashboard. - DEFINE EXERCISES YOUR WAY: Tailor exercise names, descriptions, and muscles, and link YouTube videos (with custom timestamps) for technique reference. Track history and personal records for every exercise. - MUSCLE MAP: See exactly what every exercise trains. Tag primary and secondary muscles – or accept a smart suggestion – and view them on a front and back body map, male or female. Muscles Trained shades it by sets per muscle, so you spot what you've skipped. - TIMED HOLDS: Measure Plank, Dead Hang or any exercise by time. Plan a fixed time, a range, or max hold; the Set Timer counts, even on your Lock Screen. Beat your Longest Hold. - EXERCISE VARIANTS: Add alternatives to any exercise, even mid-workout, and swap on the fly. The picker remembers your last pick. - REST TIMER BETWEEN SETS: Stay on pace with a floating rest timer that starts after each set. Use a fixed rest time or a range – the color-coded bar shows when you're ready to lift and when you've rested too long. Set a global default or customize per exercise. - APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION: Every workout automatically saves to Apple Health with duration and calories burned. - CELEBRATE PERSONAL RECORDS: Automatically detects new bests for weight, volume, and longest hold. Finish your workout and instantly see which PRs you crushed, with previous bests for comparison. - TRACK WORKOUTS WITH ZERO FRICTION: Log weights, reps, hold times, and RPE effortlessly with built-in workout and rest timers. Access form videos mid-workout when you need them most. - REVIEW & REFINE YOUR JOURNEY: Look back at past workout sessions and edit completed workouts to correct any mistakes. - EXPORT YOUR DATA: Export completed workouts to CSV for detailed analysis in any spreadsheet app. Choose a date range or export everything at once. Whether you train with progressive overload, RPE, AMRAP, timed holds, or a focus on technique, GymForge adapts. Free Features Include: Complete workout tracking, timed holds with Set Timer, automatic PR detection, Apple Health integration, exercise video integration with trim controls, muscle map, consistency heatmap, pause/resume workouts, up to 3 workout plans, iCloud sync, and more. GymForge Pro Unlocks: Unlimited workout plans, Visual Plate Calculator (with 5 barbell types and color-coded plates), automatic weight increments (global and per-exercise), RPE targeting (incl. per-set targets), Rest Timer with rest ranges (global and per-exercise), Exercise Variants, CSV workout export, Volume, Training Time, Personal Records & Muscles Trained insights, and Family Sharing support.
