What if you woke up with more energy, slept deeper, and actually looked forward to your meals? That's what happens when an AI nutritionist learns everything about you — your taste, your health condition, your schedule, your lazy days, your cravings — and quietly works in the background to make eating well feel effortless. DietIQ isn't a calorie counter. It's a team of AI agents that run your nutrition life. — YOUR AI COACH NEVER JUDGES Had a bad week? Skipped meals? Ordered pizza three nights in a row? Your AI coach doesn't lecture you. It adapts. It learns that you need simpler meals when life gets busy. It notices you skip breakfast on Mondays and stops planning elaborate morning recipes. It sees you love South Indian food and quietly fills your next week with dosa variations you've never tried. The more you use it, the more it understands you. The less you use it, the gentler it gets. — WHAT USERS ACTUALLY FEEL "I stopped dreading meal prep. The app just... knows what I want now." — Priya, PCOS "My energy came back in week 2. I didn't change anything dramatic — the AI just matched meals to what my body actually needed." — Arun, Type 2 Diabetes "I'm not a gym person. I told the AI that. Instead of pushing workouts, it focused on food that gives me energy. That was the shift." — Sarah, Weight Loss — YOUR AI AGENTS WORK WHILE YOU SLEEP While you rest, your AI team is busy: → Analyzing today's meals and checking if you hit your nutrition targets → Detecting patterns in your health data from Apple Health → Noticing your blood glucose crept up and preparing an alert → Building next week's meal plan based on what you actually enjoyed this week → Consolidating your grocery list so you can order in one tap Saturday morning You wake up to a plan that fits your life. Not the other way around. — ADAPTS WHEN YOU CAN'T Not motivated to cook? AI suggests no-cook meals. Feeling low energy? AI shifts to high-iron, vitamin-rich recipes. Traveling this week? AI pauses your plan and welcomes you back gently. Managing diabetes? AI watches your glucose and adjusts carbs automatically. Hate quinoa? You'll never see it again. — THE WEEK THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING Day 1-2: Tell the AI your goals, conditions, and what you actually like to eat. Day 3-4: Your first personalized meal plan arrives. Grocery list ready. One tap to order. Day 5-7: Energy starts shifting. Sleep improves. Cravings quiet down. Week 2: AI learns your patterns. Plans get better. You stop thinking about food. Week 3+: Your AI coach mentions your bloating improved and suggests why. You didn't even notice — but it did. — BUILT FOR REAL LIFE, NOT PERFECT LIFE • Fell off the plan? "Let's start fresh from today." • Can't afford organic? Works with any grocery budget. • Family dinner doesn't match your plan? AI logs what you ate and adjusts tomorrow. • Don't want notifications? It learns when to talk and when to be quiet. • Want to share your journey? Community of 30,000+ people who get it. — Privacy: Your health data never leaves your device without your permission. AI processing happens on secure servers. We don't sell your data. Ever. Intermittent Fasting | Timer is a fasting tracker that times your 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 or OMAD fast and tells you exactly when your eating window opens. Log water and calories next to every fast and see your BMI and daily calorie target on one screen. Turn the ingredients you already have into recipe ideas with AI, and watch your consistency grow on clear charts. HOW IT WORKS Choose a fasting plan, tap start and the timer counts down the hours of your fast. When the fast is complete, the app saves it to your history and your eating window begins. Notifications tell you when a fast starts and ends, so you do not need to watch the clock all day. Your profile (age, height, weight, activity level and goal) is used to calculate your BMI, basal metabolic rate (BMR) and total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). From these numbers the app suggests a daily calorie target to lose, maintain or gain weight. The formulas and the scientific sources behind them are listed inside the app. WHO IT IS FOR • Beginners who want to try 16:8 intermittent fasting with clear, simple steps • People who already fast and want a cleaner timer and fasting history • Anyone combining fasting with a calorie target for weight loss • Busy people who need reminders to drink water and to end a fast on time • Home cooks looking for meal ideas that fit their eating window FEATURES • Fasting timer: live countdown for 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD (one meal a day) • Eating window: see when you can eat and when your next fast begins • Fasting history: every completed fast saved with its date and duration • Water tracker: log glasses through the day and get water reminders • Calorie log: add foods with their calories and see what is left of your daily goal • BMI, BMR and TDEE calculator: personal numbers based on your profile • AI calorie assistant: type a food such as "1 serving of rice" and get an estimated calorie value • AI recipe generator: enter the ingredients you have and get a recipe idea • Recipe library: healthy recipes to browse for your eating window • Statistics: charts for fasting hours, water and calories • Learn: short reads on autophagy, metabolism, sleep and energy during fasting • 14 languages, including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic and Hindi FREE AND PREMIUM The fasting timer, water tracker, calorie log and BMI calculator can be used without a subscription. Premium adds the AI calorie assistant, unlimited AI recipe creation, weekly and monthly statistics, long-term trends and personalized recommendations. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. GOOD TO KNOW Intermittent Fasting | Timer is a lifestyle and tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Results vary from person to person. Talk to your doctor before you start fasting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or another medical condition, take regular medication, have a history of eating disorders or are under 18. The app does not keep a weight history chart; your weight is used to calculate your BMI and calorie targets.
