CoachSet helps trainers assign daily workouts and helps students track their set-by-set progress. Trainers can create exercise libraries, assign workouts to linked students, invite new students, and view completion progress. Students can sign in, join their trainer with an invite code, view the day’s workout, and mark sets complete. CoachSet is designed for simple trainer-to-student workout coordination, not complex gym management.
