Wake up and move with RiseReps, the camera-verified workout alarm. Choose push-ups, squats, or jumping jacks. Your camera counts your reps on-device as you complete your morning workout. Start your day with a win you can see. HOW IT WORKS Set your wake-up time, choose your exercise and repeat days, and try the camera rep counter during setup. When your alarm activates, open RiseReps and complete your reps. BUILD A MORNING ROUTINE Track your streak, completed workouts, total reps, and wake-up times. Weekly progression helps you build on your starting rep count. After a workout, see your next scheduled alarm and adjust it with a tap. CHOOSE YOUR STRICTNESS Standard, Persistent, and Full Lockdown modes let you choose your level of accountability. Persistent mode adds follow-up alerts. Full Lockdown uses Apple's Screen Time controls to block distracting apps during your workout, with your permission. ALARM READINESS RiseReps helps you check alarm permissions and sound settings. If notification scheduling fails, a warning and retry option help you resolve it before your next alarm. System alarm features depend on your iOS version and permissions; older iOS versions use notifications. ACCOUNTABILITY AND ARENA Pair with an accountability partner, share your progress, and compete in daily and weekly Arena leaderboards with verified morning workouts. Optional iCloud features require an iCloud account. CAMERA PRIVACY Pose detection runs on your device. Camera images and video are not recorded or uploaded. SUBSCRIPTIONS RiseReps Pro is required for camera-verified alarm workouts and premium features. Choose a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The annual plan includes a three-day free trial for eligible customers. Prices and applicable offer terms appear before purchase.
