Meet Peri, the first wearable built for perimenopause. Peri turns what your body is actually doing into data you can see, so the phase nobody prepared you for stops being a guessing game. Created by scientists and women's health advocates, and shaped by conversations with 500+ women, Peri gives you your own objective picture of your symptoms, night after night, day after day. HOW IT WORKS: Wear the Peri Sensor. It captures physiological signals continuously and syncs to the app automatically. No manual logging required, though you can add your own notes any time. HOT FLUSHES: Peri does the noticing for you. Your flushes show up in your timeline once the app syncs, so you can see how many you're having, when they cluster, and how that shifts week to week. NIGHT SWEATS: See your night-time episodes laid out alongside your sleep, so you finally know what was behind a rough night. SLEEP: Get a nightly breakdown of your sleep, including time asleep, time awake, restlessness, and watch how it trends over time. HEART RATE & HRV: See your heart rate across the day and night, plus your heart rate variability (HRV), a general wellness measure of how your body is balancing rest and demand. It's there for context on your own trends, not as a clinical reading. CYCLE: Track your cycle through a phase where "regular" often stops applying, and see how your symptoms line up with it. ACTIVITY: See your daily movement and how it sits alongside your sleep and your symptoms. HOW YOU'RE FEELING: Log mood, stress, energy, or anything you want to remember, and see it beside your Peri Sensor data. YOUR PATTERNS: Clear graphs and plain-English summaries of your own data, weekly and monthly, so patterns you'd never spot on your own become obvious. LEARN & CONNECT: Expert-created resources on what's happening in your body, plus a community of women going through exactly the same thing. Peri hands you the data and gets out of your way. What you do with it is your call. THE PERI SENSOR IS REQUIRED: The Peri app works with the Peri Sensor, available at https://www.myperi.co/. Orla

Orla keeps your menopause record on your iPhone. No account, no sign-in, nothing to be locked out of. Before an appointment it turns what you logged into one dated PDF: every symptom, every HRT dose, with the dates. 7 days free, then a monthly or yearly plan. Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. A RECORD THAT STAYS YOURS There is no account to make and no password to forget. Everything you log is stored on this iPhone, and you can delete a single entry, or all of it, from Settings. An app update does not ask you to sign in again. LOG WHAT YOU FEEL, WHEN YOU FEEL IT Hot flashes, night sweats, trouble staying asleep, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, palpitations, vaginal and urinary changes, low libido, skin and hair changes — 30+ symptoms in all. Pick the symptom, pick how strong it was, and Orla fills in the time. Even at 2am. EVERY HRT DOSE, WITH ITS DATES Log hormone therapy properly: type, dose and route (patch, gel, spray, tablet and more), plus supplements. When your dose changes, Orla keeps the old one on a dated timeline instead of overwriting it, so the record shows the dose you stopped and the dates it ran, not only what you are on today. That history is exactly what a clinician asks about. PERIODS, OR NO PERIODS Periods in the transition get irregular, skip, or stop — and plenty of people are not cycling at all. Orla logs whatever is actually happening without forcing a "cycle" frame on you. In the first questions you can answer "Stopped altogether" or skip the cycle question entirely, and nothing in the app changes. No cycle to log is a first-class experience here, not a broken one. SEE APPLE HEALTH ALONGSIDE YOUR NOTES With your permission, Orla can read wrist temperature, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health and show them next to your own entries. Read-only — Orla never writes anything back to Health. THE PDF, IN FULL Pick a date range and Orla builds the document: how many days each symptom was logged and at what severity, your HRT and supplement timeline with every dose and the dates it ran, and every period and spotting entry with its dates and the gaps in between. It is dated, it has your name on it, and you can bring it, print it, or email it ahead. A PLAIN-LANGUAGE LIBRARY 20 short, readable articles on what is happening during the transition and the ways HRT is commonly taken — written in plain English, so you walk in informed. NOTHING TO SELL YOU BUT THE APP Orla sells no supplements, runs no clinic and carries no advertising. It gives no advice, no scores and no interpretation — it records what you tell it and shows it back to you. No ads, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs touching your health entries. Your data is never sold. ——— Orla is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or give medical advice. ——— SUBSCRIPTION Orla is a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. $9.99/month or $49.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
