Cadence Intervals

Cadence Intervals is not just a timer that counts seconds. It knows what you are doing in every segment, and it keeps the beat for you. Three things a plain interval timer does not do One. Every segment carries its own exercise. 1300+ movements grouped by chest, back, shoulders, legs and core, fully offline. Pick one straight from the library while building a sequence. Not sure how a move goes when it comes up? Tap it for step-by-step instructions. Two. A metronome on your work intervals. Adjustable from 40 to 240 BPM, layered on top of the work segment. Jump rope cadence, punch rhythm, jumping jack pacing: follow the beat instead of counting in your head. Three. Cues mix into your music. Apple Music and Spotify keep playing, never pause, never drop in volume. Cues still sound with the silent switch on, and fire on time on the lock screen and in the background. READY IN TEN SECONDS - Three dials for work, rest and rounds, down to the second - Save any setup as a preset and start it with one tap - Ten templates: Tabata, HIIT full body, boxing rounds, run intervals, bike sprints, jump rope, core, strength, burpees and stretching BIG AND LOUD - Full-screen digits readable with the phone on the floor, three meters away - Prepare, work and rest each have their own color - Voice announces every segment, with a 3, 2, 1 countdown before each switch - Seven cue sounds with their own volume slider, vibration on or off CUSTOM SEQUENCES - Give every segment its own length: 5 minute warm-up, 40 second squats, 20 second rest, 1 minute plank - Drag to reorder, swipe to delete, repeat the whole sequence as many times as you want SHARE YOUR SESSION - A results card is generated when you finish, ready to save or share CLEAN BY DESIGN - No ads, no account, no network, your data stays on this device - Available in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Arabic
