Verdict
The clearest difference is price: OpenWearable at Free against TerminalWidget's $19.99. OpenWearable also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). TerminalWidget's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly) and chart position (#48 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
