Walk into the gym knowing exactly what to lift. Arnold Split plans every set, rep and weight of the classic 6-day bodybuilding split, and raises the weight when you've earned it. It looks like a paper training log. Open the book, see today's page, and lift. Every set you tap is written down. The weight goes up when you've earned it and backs off when you need it. THE PROGRAM Junior Arnold: six lifts a day, straight sets. Chest & Back, Shoulders & Arms and Legs, each twice a week, Sunday off. Tell it how long you've been lifting and it sets your starting weights, whether you're new or years in. Every exercise comes with sets, reps and a hand-drawn figure of the lift. Bench taken, or prefer dumbbells or a machine? Swap any exercise for a built-in alternative. EARN THE GOLDEN ERA Finish one full cycle of Junior Arnold and you unlock The Golden Era: supersets, daily abs and new B days. PROGRESSION THAT RUNS ITSELF Hit every rep and next session's weight goes up. Miss three sessions in a row and the app deloads by 10% so you can build back up. No spreadsheets, no guessing. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR • Tap a set to log it, hold it to change reps or weight, tap again to undo • Rest timer that names your next set and alerts you even when the phone is locked • Plates per side, shown under the weight of the lift you're on • Warm-up sets calculated for every lift • Pounds or kilograms, with the right bar and plates for each • The screen stays awake for the whole session A LOG WORTH KEEPING • Every session on its own page, with a line for how it went • Personal records spotted automatically, and a records board for every lift • Progress by muscle: the sets you logged this week against what the program planned • Milestone stamps. Four of them earn a magazine cover: 100 workouts, the 500 Club, a 12-week streak and the Golden Era • A recap of your week every Sunday STAY CONSISTENT • Weekly streaks, with one free freeze a month • A reminder when your next workout is due • A summary after every session with your records, what goes up next time, and a card to share YOUR DATA, BACKED UP Sign in with Apple or with a code sent to your email. Your workouts are backed up to your account and restored when you sign in on a new phone. Delete your account any time from Settings. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
