Your workouts are already being recorded. They're just scattered across five different apps that don't talk to each other. AfterRep reads what those apps write to Apple Health and puts it in one place - so you finally see your whole training week instead of fragments of it. If two apps recorded the same session, AfterRep merges them, so it counts once. Then it asks the question none of them ask: how did it actually feel? ONE HONEST PICTURE Everything that writes to Apple Health shows up - your watch, your bike computer, your running app, your gym log. AfterRep recognises the common ones by name, tells you when one stops syncing, and quietly merges the duplicates. Today's steps, distance, active energy, exercise minutes, sleep, resting heart rate and HRV, all on one screen. A TRAINING JOURNAL THAT TAKES TWO TAPS Rate the effort. Say how the legs felt. Add a note if you want, or don't. Over weeks that turns into something useful: the days that felt great, the ones that cooked you, and the pattern connecting them to what you actually did. Log any day from the calendar, including the rest days - the zeros matter too. A BODY MAP FOR SORENESS Tap any muscle and log how it feels. AfterRep tracks it over time, shows you left-right symmetry, and surfaces what keeps coming back. Most training apps count what you did. Very few track what it cost you. REP, YOUR COACH Rep reads your real numbers and gives you one straight line about your day — short sleep, a resting heart rate that's drifted up, a streak worth protecting. On supported devices it's written by Apple's on-device intelligence. Nothing is sent anywhere. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account. No sign-up. No servers. AfterRep has no backend at all. It reads from Apple Health, does every calculation on your device, and stores everything locally. There is no analytics SDK, no tracking, no advertising. We cannot see your data, because it never reaches us. You can export your journal whenever you want, and delete everything from inside the app. FREE, AND AFTERREP PRO AfterRep is free to download and free to use. Your dashboard, the full calendar, the complete journal, connected sources and the home-screen widget stay free. AfterRep Pro adds the depth: • Rep's daily coaching • This week's totals and your logging streak • The body map — soreness logging, history, symmetry and recovery trends • Full metric history across weeks, months and years • Compare this period against the last • Journal export Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. REQUIREMENTS iPhone or iPad on iOS 17 or later, and Apple Health access so AfterRep can read the workouts you already record. Nothing is written back to Apple Health. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS AfterRep Pro is offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
