What you can do Run projects with your team. Create nested projects, assign tasks, chat in real time, and tag teammates or tasks with @ and #. Pick who sees what with four clear roles: Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer. Manage personal tasks. Set due dates, priorities, recurrence, and tags. Nest sub-tasks as deep as you need. Attach files. Push everything to your Google or Apple Calendar so nothing slips. Build habits that stick. Pick a schedule (fixed days, weekly target, or no schedule at all), log full or partial completions, and watch your streaks grow. Earn XP for every check-in. Keep a journal that does the work for you. Type an entry, or just talk. Voice entries get transcribed, summarised, and turned into action. Say "did 20 push-ups and finished the design doc" and Kaizen logs the habit and ticks the task for you. Every action is undoable from the entry. Open the Today tab in the morning.
