Thew

Workouts, food, recovery and your watch in one app. Thew is a training app from Finland, and each part shapes the others. A set is logged with a tap, even with no signal. When you've slept badly, your morning recovery score suggests an easier session. When you hit a PR, it is spotted right away. Before you start, you choose how the day feels (Primed, Ready, Ease off or Drained) and whether you have time for the full session or 60, 45 or 30 minutes. On a low day some sets are trimmed and the least important accessory exercise is dropped. Scan a barcode and see how much protein you still need today. Your recovery score comes from the sleep, HRV and resting heart rate your watch measures, through Apple Health. WHAT YOU GET ⢠A fast gym log with supersets, warm-up sets, a plate calculator and a rest timer that sounds an alarm. An interrupted workout picks up where you left off. ⢠Ready-made training plans and a library of 1,090 exercises with instructions in five languages. Custom routines come with Pro. ⢠PRs are spotted the moment they happen, and each one gives you a card to share. ⢠A calorie counter and macro tracking with a barcode scanner, plus recipes, meal plans and water tracking. ⢠A recovery score and 14-day trends from sleep, HRV and resting heart rate. ⢠Runs at a target pace and in heart rate zones, and your watch buzzes when your pace drifts. ⢠Preparing for a HYROX race: simulations, a countdown, an honest finish-time range, sixteen split targets and the weights and distances for every station. ⢠An Apple Watch app that shows your readiness, sleep and trends, logs sets, runs a rest timer, tracks water and macros and records GPS runs with haptic pace cues. A complication puts today's readiness on your watch face. The watch app is part of Pro. ⢠A streak freeze forgives one missed day, and the challenges include the Cooper test and Murph. ⢠Crews and a community with a feed, friends, messages and leaderboards, all part of Pro. ⢠Vetted coaches in the coach marketplace (Pro), and an AI coach that builds a program around your goal, experience and schedule and reads your logs. ⢠You can bring your training history from another app as a CSV file. TRY 7 DAYS FREE The trial opens Basic and Pro for seven days with no card. Nothing is charged, the trial simply ends. As a launch offer, Basic is ā¬4.99 for your first year and ā¬4.99/month after that, when your subscription starts by 31 December 2026. Pro is ā¬14.99/month and adds custom routines, advanced analytics, crews and community, the coach marketplace and the watch app. The AI Coach is ā¬29.99/month, includes Pro and is not part of the trial. You can cancel at any time. YOUR DATA IS YOURS We never sell your health data or use it for advertising, and you can export or delete all of your data straight from the app. Thew is made by Thew Oy, a Finnish company.
