It won't coach you, guilt you, nag you, or upsell you. No subscription. The entire fasting tool is free, forever. No account. Nothing to create, nothing to log into. No coaching. It observes your data; it never advises, diagnoses, or claims a fast caused an outcome. No guilt. Missing a goal is neutral — no shaming words, no warning-red "you failed." No ads, no tracking, no data harvesting. Your data is yours. We see none of it. What it does, simply: Pick a fasting rhythm, tap start, tap stop.
