Reset with Thea vs Upswell Studio

The feeling you can't quite name is often the one running your day. Reset with Thea is a daily voice-led check-in for emotional clarity with personalized insights, breath and sound. Most tools ask you to already know what you're feeling. Thea listens first. Your voice carries signals into your emotional state and Thea reflects them back, returning a personalized breath and sound experience matched to how you want to feel each time you check in. Choose whether you want to Sit With It or Shift With It. Sit with the emotion and let sound hold you there until it settles or shift through it and let sound move you toward steadiness. Use it in the morning, between meetings, or when your mind feels full. Thea is meant to move with you through a full day and only takes a few minutes. The more you check in, the more your patterns come into focus, allowing you to become less reactive and more in control of your response. WHAT MAKES THEA DIFFERENT Voice-led emotional check-in, personalized in real time For every emotion: choose to Sit With It or Shift With It Four distinct guidance voices, from calm and rational to poetic and intuitive Your voice data is never stored or shared Designed for daily use YOUR DATA, YOUR PRIVACY Your voice is processed in real time and then deleted.
