This app is meant for trainees. If you’ve just purchased your program, you’re in the right place. Your training app contains more than a simple program. It’s packed with powerful features to assist you on your journey: • The Dashboard Everything you need at a glance, in one place. Kick off today’s workout or check out the schedule for the week, track your daily steps, log metrics, or browse your favorite recipes from a single page. • Immersive Workout Interface Don’t waste time in the gym switching between video tutorials, rest timers, and logging your performance manually—our immersive workout interface allows you to keep an eye on your timer, the video instruction, and your inputs without flicking to another page. • Powerful Tracking Tools Bodyweight, set-by-set performance over your program’s lifetime, daily steps, workout completion, and hot streaks—our tracking tools let you know exactly how well you’ve performed (or not!). No sugarcoating. • Rich Nutrition Libraries Training and nutrition go hand in hand. V1 of our nutrition tool allows you to access your trainer’s custom recipes, whether you’re planning every meal or just looking for inspiration. • On-Demand Resources Following a program is one thing; learning along the way is another. The ultimate goal of programs built by creators on DOJO is to help you stack experience and knowledge to level up along the way. Your trainer will upload new resources regularly to help you do just that—from stretching routines and form analysis to nutritional education. You’ll also be able to suggest content, changes, or new resources you may need to your trainer by submitting feedback directly in-app! • Make it Your Own There is no perfect UX for everyone. One of our core missions is to help every user on DOJO—trainers and trainees alike—customize their experience and make their interface truly theirs. Starting with simple color themes, we aim to push this feature to new levels regularly. If you feel like anything is missing or think of a feature that would be useful to you, feel free to reach out to us at support@dojo.fit . Our one and only goal is to build the ultimate training software for all types of users.

Baseline — Know What’s Actually Working Baseline is a personal research journal for people running peptide protocols. It is not a dose calculator, not a social network, and not a medical app. It is a simple tool for answering one question honestly: is this working for me? How it works 1. Write a hypothesis State what you think will change, in your own words. 2. Measure your baseline Log 3–10 days of daily check-ins before you start, using the measures that matter to you, such as pain, energy, sleep, mood, mobility, libido, mental clarity, or recovery. 3. Run the active phase Continue daily check-ins for 14–56 days. Log doses and note confounders like sleep, stress, and travel. 4. Read your trial report See a side-by-side comparison of your baseline and active averages for every measure, with trend lines and a plain-English summary you can screenshot and share. Why Baseline is different Calm and honest No hype, no claims. Baseline never tells you something is working. It helps you find out. Local-first and private Every check-in, dose, and photo stays on your device. No accounts. No cloud sync. No analytics on your health data. Built around the report Every screen in Baseline is designed to help you create one clear, trustworthy trial report at the end. Baseline Pro A single subscription unlocks the full research toolkit: Unlimited concurrent experiments CSV export of raw data Photo attachments for check-ins Up to 12 measures per experiment Custom measures beyond the built-in defaults Available monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Baseline does not diagnose, treat, or recommend. It is not a substitute for medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any protocol. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
