You have the devices; now make them part of your daily practice. The Aletha app helps you use your Hip Hook™ (Mark®), Orbit®, and Range® with confidence and return to them, day after day, as tension accumulates. You will be guided by physical therapist Christine Annie (Koth), founder of Aletha. She developed Aletha's muscle release devices and app to complement medical and fitness programs, giving you a clear way to support your body at home. RELEASE NOW: CHOOSE YOUR RELEASE, EVERY DAY Tap where your body wants release. Inside the hip bone (iliacus). Front of hip (psoas). Back of hip (piriformis). Neck, shoulders, and more. For each area, pick the intensity that fits your day (lighter, medium, or firmer) using the Aletha device that matches. SUPPORT DURING THE RELEASE While you are holding the release, the app offers cues for pressure, position, and what sensations are normal. You can explore the release positions for the intensity that feels best for you each day. WHY A MUSCLE RELEASE HABIT MATTERS Muscle tension accumulates every day from poor posture, stress, workouts, injuries, and sedentary positions. When muscles stay in a contracted state, they can influence joint comfort, alignment, posture, and how freely your body moves. You cannot resolve years of muscle tension in a single session. It requires consistency. That’s why having the app with you where you go helps you make muscle release a part of your day. REMOVE THE GUESSWORK Precision devices require precise use. If you have ever wondered whether you are placing it correctly, using the right pressure, or holding long enough, you are not alone. We provide step-by-step visuals and audio guidance so you can use the Hip Hook, Orbit, and Range with confidence. Clear cues and therapeutic pacing help turn "I hope this works" into "I know what I am doing." FOCUSING ON THE MUSCLES THAT MATTER Not all muscles affect the body equally. Aletha emphasizes key areas, especially around the hips, pelvis, spine, neck, and shoulders, that play an outsized role in how tension is distributed throughout the body. REINFORCING WHAT YOU RELEASE Releasing the muscle is step one. What comes next helps your body keep the change. Follow your releases with other activities like mobility, alignment, and muscle activation to help your body "save" the changes you just made, leading to smoother movement and better posture. This forms a practical routine you can return to day after day. WHAT'S INSIDE • Release Now: choose where to release and at what intensity, every day • Aletha's guided 90-second release timer to help you hold steady pressure long enough for meaningful release, so you don't rush or second-guess the process • Clear instructions for device placement, pressure, and duration • Education on what release and relief can feel like • Support for common tension patterns in the hips, back, pelvis, neck, and shoulders • A calm, structured experience that builds confidence over time EARLY ACCESS We are actively refining the experience and will be rolling out new features soon, including: • Build-your-own muscle release routines • AI features to help with device placement on your unique body • Premium personalized daily routines based on how you are feeling each day For many people, releasing muscle tension with prolonged pressure is a missing piece of overall musculoskeletal health. Aletha's mission is to illuminate what's been overlooked and support you, every day, so caring for your body feels easier.
