Make time for heart coherence practice. Nirava InnerCalm guides your breathing with visuals, sounds and vibrations. Choose a rhythm and take a moment to focus on your breath. TWO RHYTHMS FOR HEART COHERENCE PRACTICE • Balanced 5-5: breathe in for 5 seconds and out for 5 seconds. • Relaxing 4-6: breathe in for 4 seconds and out for 6 seconds. Both rhythms guide six breaths per minute. Box breathing 4-4-4-4 is a complementary exercise with four equal phases. Custom mode lets you adjust each phase’s duration. WHAT I NEED NOW Start directly with one of four shortcuts: • Calm down: 4-6, 1 minute. • Relax: 4-6, 5 minutes. • Daily practice: 5-5, 5 minutes. • Refocus: box breathing 4-4-4-4, 3 minutes. Shortcuts preserve your personal settings, including sound, volume and vibrations. PRACTICE AT YOUR OWN PACE Set your personal session duration from 1 to 20 minutes. Choose circle or gauge visuals, a light or dark theme and up to three daily reminders. Separate controls let you pause, resume or finish. Leaving the app or locking the screen pauses the session; resume when you are ready. A SIMPLE JOURNAL View your local session history and practice time. Completed sessions record the planned duration. If you finish early, sessions under 30 seconds aren't saved; from 30 seconds, actual practice time is rounded to the nearest minute. Paused time is excluded. NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS Nirava collects no data. Your settings and history are saved locally and can be deleted from the app. Available in French, English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Nirava is a wellness app, not a medical device. It guides breathing without measuring your heart rate or heart coherence. It does not replace medical advice.
