Project Summit
Read full descriptionHide full description
Training, recovery and race nutrition in one app. Summit plans your season, reads every morning how you've recovered, and adjusts today's training to your body and to the time you actually have. WHY DOES IT EXIST? I prepared for La Traka 360 (360 km of gravel in a single day) with four apps (recovery, workouts, load and food), almost all of them paid, that didn't share data with each other. I was the one connecting the dots, by hand, every week. I reached the finish in good shape, convinced a better product was needed. That product is Summit. A DETERMINISTIC ENGINE No AI model decides anything in Summit. A rules engine built on sports science calculates the plan, the load and the daily adaptation: periodization and training load. Same data, same decision: every number traces back to a rule and to your data. YOUR SEASON Set your race βa single day or several stagesβ or your challenge, and Summit builds the season backwards: base, build, peak and taper, with recovery weeks. If you have no race, you get a continuous block based on your goal: maintain or build fitness. IT ADAPTS TO YOUR BODY While you sleep, your wearable records HRV, overnight heart rate and sleep: the Apple Watch through Apple Health; Garmin, Whoop and others through intervals.icu. Summit calculates your readiness on your iPhone against your own baseline, not an average. If you've recovered poorly, today's session is softened or switches type; if you've recovered well and you're in a phase that allows it, it can go up. Going down is easy: to go up, Summit requires more evidence. IT ADAPTS TO YOUR LIFE Tell it how many minutes you have each day and flag the days that change. If you skip a session, Summit spreads its load across the remaining days, within your availability, and moves the key session. WITH POWER OR BY HEART RATE Tell Summit how you train on the bike: power, heart rate, or it depends. With heart rate, long steady work is set in % of your LTHR and short, hard efforts go by feel, because heart rate lags; a 30-minute LTHR test replaces the FTP test. Your plan and its load don't change. With power, Summit calculates eFTP, critical power (CP), W' and your power curve from your rides, and keeps indoor eFTP separate from outdoor. Either way, it calculates your fitness, fatigue and form (CTL, ATL and TSB), using the load model you already know. RACE DAY Summit calculates carbohydrates, fluids and sodium per hour from the duration, the intensity, your weight and the forecast temperature, using the products you normally use. CONNECTED Strava and Hammerhead Karoo bring in your rides; Apple Health and intervals.icu, your recovery data. Connecting them is free on every plan. With Elite, ZWO/FIT files and sending sessions to the Karoo and, through intervals.icu, to Garmin, Zwift and MyWhoosh. FREE AND PREMIUM Free, forever: the daily recovery score, the sleep score with its stages, sleep debt and rhythm, the recovery trend, the widgets and the outline of today's session. Pro adds analysis: load, power, detailed analysis of every ride and the race weather forecast. Elite adds prescription: the adaptive plan, sending to your device and race nutrition. Premium includes a 14-day trial. IS IT FOR YOU? For the amateur cyclist who wants to improve, whether or not they race, with a power meter or a heart-rate strap. For those who live cycling, even if they don't live off it. CITED SCIENCE Bibliographic references inside the app: peer-reviewed papers, with DOIs. Summit guides your training; it does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional or a certified coach. I prepared the Gran Diagonal β999 km across Portugal, north to south, in 6 daysβ 100% with Summit. Now you can prepare your own challenge with the same app. Privacy policy: https://projectsummit.app/privacy-policy Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

See your supplement stack clearly. Reports, schedules, and Frontier research are free. Auditly reviews the supplements you enter and shows where ingredients may overlap, where a dose may deserve a closer look, how timing may matter, and where you may be overspending. Use it for a one-time review or return when your stack changes. FREE AND INDEPENDENT β’ Full reports, saved reports, daily schedules, research browsing, and PDF export are free. No pass or subscription is required. β’ We don't sell supplements. No ads, affiliate links, paid placement, or brand-funded rankings. β’ "Buy nothing" is always a valid result. START WITH YOUR ACTUAL BOTTLE β’ Look up a barcode in the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database when a matching label is available. β’ Photograph the Supplement Facts panel to read a label that isn't in the database, or enter the details manually. β’ Confirm the extracted ingredients and amounts before they become part of your stack. β’ Automatic label reading is subject to availability and shared usage limits. Manual entry remains available. CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY β’ Scan a supplement you are considering and review what adding it would change. β’ See which ingredients you already take, which products provide them, and what the combined daily amounts would become. β’ Nothing is added unless you choose to add it. UNDERSTAND YOUR STACK β’ Spot overlap across products and see why some overlap may still serve a purpose. β’ Compare entered doses with cited research ranges and upper-intake guidance where available. β’ Get a suggested daily schedule with reasons for timing and separation. β’ Review supplement spending and potential savings based on the prices you enter. β’ See the human evidence behind your spending for the goals you selected. β’ Surface items worth discussing with a clinician or pharmacist. β’ Re-run an audit after changes and compare it with a saved report. EXPLORE THE RESEARCH β’ Frontier is an optional research library with evidence grades, summaries, and citations. Early findings are leads to read about, not recommendations to take a substance. β’ Review studied effects and activity-specific timing information for the supplements in your stack. β’ Organize multiple stacks and audit each separately. COMPUTED ON YOUR DEVICE β’ Audit findings are calculated on-device using versioned rules and curated evidence. AI helps extract label text; it does not make audit decisions. β’ Your stacks, reports, goals, and health-context answers stay on your device. No account is required. β’ Label scanning sends recognized label text to Google's Gemini API through our Firebase service. Barcode lookups go to NIH. Crash reporting and app-integrity checks support the service. β’ We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers. Auditly is an educational decision-support tool, not medical advice or a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or pharmacist about your individual situation.

Verdict
Project Summit and Auditly are too close to call on the numbers: across 6 compared parameters β price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases among them β neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
