With Apple HealthKit integration, all data syncs automatically from your smartwatch or fitness tracker, making the analysis seamless and effortless. KEY FEATURES: - Sleep Stages & Score: Discover the exact breakdown of your deep, light, and REM sleep, as well as nighttime awakenings. Our high-precision algorithm calculates your personal Moon Sleep Score based on key recovery factors, helping you uncover the root causes of fatigue. - Alarms & Tasks: Set reliable alarms tailored to your schedule. To help you wake up faster, you can use tasks: solve a math problem, complete a series of phone rotations, or read an affirmation, which gently activate your brain in the morning. - Comparison & Trends: Track your health metrics over time. Analyze changes in heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen level (SpO2), and wrist temperature. Compare any sleep metrics across different days or weeks to visually track your progress and understand what truly affects your well-being. - Morning Journal & Dreams: Don't let vivid dreams or great morning ideas fade away. Record your thoughts via voice or text immediately upon waking. Moon AI will help decode your dream plots, analyze your emotional tone, and save everything in a convenient journal. - Sleep Goals & Streaks: Build healthy habits with our sleep goals system. Set your target sleep duration and track achievements on an interactive activity calendar. Maintain a daily sleep streak, use "freeze" logic to protect your progress during trips, and unlock unique achievement badges. - Personalized Moon AI: Ask questions about your dreams or sleep quality and get science-backed recommendations. The upgraded AI assistant factors in your sleep goals and daytime habits (such as caffeine consumption) to provide tailored advice for optimizing your routine. - Sleep Sounds: Create the perfect relaxing atmosphere. Fall asleep to soothing white noise, nature sounds, or ambient tracks. A built-in timer automatically turns off the audio once you are asleep. - Challenges & Achievements: Stay motivated with friends. PRIVACY FIRST Your detailed sleep data — stages, heart rate, breathing — stays on your iPhone. Filter your run history by date and indoor or outdoor activity. Look closer at each run Review your outdoor GPS route and split pace. Find your longest runs and personal records over 1 km, 5 km and 10 km. Numbers you can read on the move Keep distance, time and pace in view. Turn on voice cues to hear your split every kilometre, or every mile when using miles. Voice cues are in English. A weekly goal that fits Six ways to aim: distance, runs per week, time, weight, calories, or steps. Follow your progress alongside your recorded runs. A week of running with your crew Join a crew with an invite code. See weekly distance and run counts based on the records shared with you. Add a manual entry for a week you did not record in the app. Choose separately whether to share your runs and include your totals in a crew report shared outside the group. Indoor runs, too Record indoor runs alongside outdoor sessions. Indoor distance is estimated from sensors and kept distinct from outdoor GPS records. Saved on your phone Record runs without an internet connection. Outdoor route tracking still needs location permission and GPS reception. Turn it on in settings and a finished run is written to Apple Health, with its route for outdoor runs. Start a run on Apple Watch and check your running numbers on your wrist. As you keep running, review your achievements and ranks. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly leaderboards cover outdoor GPS runs.
