This app allows users to quickly log workout weight, reps, and heart rate during strength training using simple tap interactions on Apple Watch. Workout records are organized as clean text, making them easy to copy and paste into note-taking apps or other AI tools for further use. Even when the iPhone is unavailable, users can continue logging directly from Apple Watch, allowing them to leave their phone at home or in a locker during workouts. The app is continuously improved by the developer, who actively uses it as part of a regular strength training routine. The goal is to create an app that helps users stay more focused on their training.

Trainerrr is a workout planner and food tracker that keeps up with you, whether you tap or chat. LOG BY CHAT Connect Trainerrr to ChatGPT, or any MCP Client and talk to it like a coach. Log a workout, log a meal or a photo of your plate, or ask it to build next week's plan. Everything lands in the app, ready when you train. PLAN AND RUN YOUR WORKOUTS Build multi-day programs from a full exercise library, or create your own exercises. During a session, log the weight and reps you actually hit, with a rest timer between sets. Timed holds like planks are tracked in seconds. TRACK WHAT YOU EAT Log calories and macros, scan a barcode, save meals you eat often, and copy a meal to another day in one tap. TWO STREAKS, AND SOMETHING TO SHOW FOR THEM A training streak counts the weeks you train. A food streak counts the days you log. Tap either for a month calendar of your run, and earn achievements along the way. SEE HOW IT'S GOING Insights bring your weight, calories, protein and training time together, so you can see how your training and eating actually went. JOURNAL AND CHECK-INS Keep training notes and a weekly check-in, so you remember what worked. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Import workouts, steps and body measurements from Apple Health.
