Reps
Read full descriptionHide full description
This app allows users to quickly log workout weight, reps, and heart rate during strength training using simple tap interactions on Apple Watch. Workout records are organized as clean text, making them easy to copy and paste into note-taking apps or other AI tools for further use. Even when the iPhone is unavailable, users can continue logging directly from Apple Watch, allowing them to leave their phone at home or in a locker during workouts. The app is continuously improved by the developer, who actively uses it as part of a regular strength training routine. The goal is to create an app that helps users stay more focused on their training.
