About

My personal gym-log is a simple and focused training log for strength training. The app makes it quick to register exercises, sets, reps, and weight, and gives you a clear overview of your progress over time. You can log bodyweight and per-side weight when needed, choose workout dates, edit previous workouts, and use both manual input and step-by-step adjustments. The app supports both KG and LBS, as well as Norwegian and English. On the statistics page, you can choose exercise, time period, and metric to view your progress in clear charts. MyGymLog is designed so you can log efficiently during training while still keeping a tidy history when you want to analyze progress later.

What's New in Strength Log and Progress

1.1

March 15, 2026

This update makes the app more useful for planning and faster to use during workouts. You can now register your 1RM for each exercise. When a 1RM is available, the app uses the Epley formula to estimate both load and rep count based on the selected percentage of your 1RM. This makes it easier to find a suitable working weight and gives you a better starting point when logging sets during a workout. The set logging flow has also been improved. It is now clearer which set you are currently on, which sets have already been saved, and when a new set has actually been added. This makes the logging experience more intuitive and faster to use in practice. In addition, the registration flow now includes better validation and confirmation prompts. You will be notified if you try to continue without entering required information, and the app will confirm before going back or canceling so that entries are not lost by mistake. In short: more accurate estimates, a clearer flow, and safer workout logging.
