Pace by Athlytic reads your Apple Watch health data and tells you what actually matters -- in plain language, not just charts and numbers. Most health apps overwhelm you with scores, rings, and graphs. Pace takes a different approach. It monitors 35+ health signals, learns what's normal for you, and only speaks up when something is worth your attention. HOW IT WORKS Just wear your Apple Watch. Pace does the rest. No data entry required, no numbers to interpret. Each day, Pace checks your health data and gives you a clear summary of how you're doing. WHAT PACE TRACKS Sleep - Duration, quality, efficiency, and consistency - Deep, REM, and core sleep stages - Breathing disturbance tracking Vitals - Heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate - Blood pressure trends with AHA classification - Blood oxygen, respiratory rate, and wrist temperature Cardio Fitness - VO2 Max tracking with age and sex-adjusted context - Walking heart rate trends Activity - Steps with personalized pacing and goal tracking - Active calories, flights climbed, and standing hours - Time in daylight with weather-aware context Workouts - Automatic detection from Apple Watch - Duration, calories, and heart rate summaries Body Composition - Weight, lean body mass, body fat percentage, and FFMI - Personalized baseline ranges with trend detection Mobility - Walking speed, steadiness, and symmetry - Step length, stair speed, and six-minute walk distance - 8 metrics that research links to long-term health SMART HEALTH INSIGHTS Pace learns your personal baselines over 60 days, then alerts you when something shifts. Instead of showing you a number and hoping you know what it means, Pace explains it: - "Your heart rate variability is lower than usual" - "Your blood pressure trend is elevated -- the AHA considers this Stage 1" - "Your walking speed has declined -- this is one of the strongest predictors of overall health" And when things improve, Pace tells you that too. No open loops -- when a concern resolves, you'll know about it. HEALTH PATTERNS Pace discovers correlations hidden in your data -- like how alcohol affects your HRV, or how daylight impacts your deep sleep. Every pattern is statistically validated and backed by peer-reviewed research. No guessing, no astrology. WHAT MAKES PACE DIFFERENT - Conversational health summaries written in plain English - Alerts you when something needs attention, celebrates when things improve - All monitoring is passive -- just wear your Apple Watch - Personal baselines, not one-size-fits-all thresholds - Weather-aware context for activity and daylight - Every clinical threshold is backed by peer-reviewed research PREMIUM FEATURES - AI-powered health assistant -- ask questions about your data in plain English - Health pattern discovery across 35+ metrics - Smart notifications when something shifts - Step goal celebrations with streak tracking - Weekly health summary notifications - Exportable PDF health reports to share with your doctor - Trend charts for all metrics - Step pacing and detailed concern views - Reads alcohol, caffeine, hydration, and nutrition data from Apple Health YOUR PRIVACY All analysis happens on your iPhone using Apple's on-device AI. No cloud uploads, no accounts, no tracking, no data selling. Your health data never leaves your phone. Pace by Athlytic -- your health, explained.

About

Lettest

Features

Lettest is a weight tracker that wants you to win. Open the app and you see one thing: an ambient, living orb that pulses in colour and rhythm to reflect how you're tracking against your goal. It's calming when you're on course, gently warm when you've drifted, and quietly fades when you've been away too long. No stickers, no streak guilt, no cluttered dashboards — just a feeling of how things are going, and a beautiful chart of how things have gone. Logging is one tap. Most days you won't even need to log: if you have a smart scale connected to Apple Health, your weights flow into Lettest automatically. When you do log manually, the entry sheet pre-fills to your last weight and saves with a satisfying haptic. Your data follows you between iPhone and iPad through iCloud — silently, with no setup. Whatever you log on one device shows up on the other. LETTEST IS DESIGNED TO BE QUIET • No notifications by default. The optional reminder only fires if you haven't logged by a time you choose. • No social features, no leaderboards, no coaching content trying to upsell you. • No analytics, no third-party SDKs. The only network calls Lettest makes are to iCloud and Apple Health, both Apple-native. A LIVING ORB FOR YOUR PROGRESS The orb breathes. Its colour, brightness, and pulse speed reflect how you're tracking against your goal: • Cool blue and steady when you're on course. • Bright cyan and faster when you're ahead. • Warm amber when you've drifted off course. • Dimmed when you've been away. GOALS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Set a target weight, a target date, a weekly rate — any combination, all optional. If you've added your height, Lettest suggests a healthy target based on a BMI of 22 (mid-range of the WHO healthy band). You can accept it or set your own. PROFILE-AWARE With your height set, Lettest shows your healthy weight range (BMI 18.5–24.9) and uses it to suggest goals. The profile prefills from Apple Health if you've granted access, so you don't type anything you didn't have to. CHARTS THAT TELL THE STORY A clean Swift Charts trend with 7-day rolling average, a dashed goal line, and 1W / 1M / 3M / 1Y / All ranges. Drag along the chart to scrub a date readout. The Y-axis tightens around your data so subtle changes are visible. UNIVERSAL APP iPhone in portrait, iPad in a two-pane layout — orb on the left, chart and recent history on the right. Light and dark themes. Full VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support. PRIVACY-FIRST Lettest stores your data in your private iCloud database. No third party sees it. No analytics. The HealthKit integration only reads the body-mass and body-fat samples you authorize, and writes back the entries you log — nothing else. Your weight history is yours. REQUIREMENTS • iPhone or iPad running iOS / iPadOS 17 or later. • iCloud account (sign in to System Settings → iCloud) for sync. Without iCloud, Lettest stores everything locally and still works. • Apple Health (optional) for automatic weight import from smart scales. Lettest is a calmly-built tool for one quiet daily habit. Weigh in. Watch the orb. Repeat.
