ActForge Workout is your smart training coach designed to build the right workout plan for your body, lifestyle, and goals. Instead of random exercises or generic routines, ActForge uses your complete fitness profile—goal, experience, equipment, training days, session length, injuries, stress level, and more—to create a personalized split and weekly workouts that make sense. Everything is structured like a real coach would design: balanced, progressive, and tailored to where you are right now. Once your profile is set, the app recommends the most suitable training split for you, such as Upper/Lower, Push Pull Legs, Full Body, or Bro Split. You can choose the recommended split, explore all available options, or create your own custom split. Each split includes an 8–12 week progression period, helping you stay consistent while training all major muscle groups with the right frequency and avoiding plateaus. Workouts are automatically generated for the entire progression period, giving you fresh sessions every week while repeating key exercises to help you master form and build strength. If you change your training days or available equipment, ActForge instantly adapts and regenerates a plan that fits your updated lifestyle—just like a real coach adjusting your program when things change. During workouts, you can log your sets and track your performance. The app shows previous logs, progress charts, coaching cues, warmups, cardio options, cooldowns, and warns you if an exercise conflicts with your injury profile. If you prefer a different movement, you can switch exercises instantly without losing structure. You can also open a YouTube demonstration for clearer understanding. ActForge includes a complete exercise library where you can explore movements by muscle group, learn proper form, read coaching cues, and discover variations. A dedicated tracking section lets you see all your logged exercises and open performance graphs to understand your long-term progress with clarity. Free users can explore ActForge for 30 days, generate up to 5 personalized plans, and update their profile up to 5 times. Premium users unlock weekly cloud sync of logs, unlimited plan generation, long-term progress tracking, and future advanced features. ActForge Workout follows the principles used by real strength coaches: structured programming beats guesswork, consistency beats randomness, and personalized planning beats generic routines. If you want a training plan that adapts to your life, grows with your progress, and keeps you focused every week, ActForge gives you the simplest and smartest way to train. The gym workout tracker with a leaderboard. Log a lift in seconds, watch every PR climb on a chart, and see exactly where you rank on bench, squat and deadlift. A simple lifting log that looks like the training notebook in your gym bag. LOG A LIFT IN SECONDS Tap Log, tap Bench Press (or Squat, Deadlift, Leg Press, Overhead Press), type your weight and reps, tick the set. The rest timer starts by itself. Your best on that lift shows right there so you know what to beat, and your full history is one tap away. Warm-ups never count toward your records. Leave a workout to check the feed and pick it up again, or log one you forgot for an earlier day. Works with no signal and syncs when you're back online. FULL WORKOUTS AND ROUTINES, FREE Start a full workout and add as many exercises as you like. Save any workout as a routine. Six starter routines are built in: Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower and Full Body. A LEADERBOARD YOU CAN TRUST Every lift has its own board: worldwide, in your country, in your city, or in your weight class. See your spot, who's one place above you, and exactly how much it takes to pass them. Rank by max lift or pound for pound, and see the set behind every number. Boards show first names, so it feels like your gym. RANK UP AFTER EVERY WORKOUT Finish a workout and see your new place on the board, how many spots you climbed, who you passed and how much it takes to pass the next lifter. Put more plates on the bar than ever - 135, 225, 315 and up - and Brolic celebrates it. Share a record, a plate milestone or your rank as a story-sized card. YOU VS YOUR GYM BUDDY Open anyone's profile to see your best bench, squat, deadlift and overhead press next to theirs. Tap a lift they win and go beat it. VOTES KEEP IT HONEST Tap anyone on a leaderboard to see the lift behind their number. Every lift can be voted real or fake, and a lift with more fake votes than real ones drops off the leaderboard automatically. Comment on anyone's lift to hype them up, and report or block anyone who isn't cool. SEE YOUR GROWTH Your total - squat, bench and deadlift added up - in one big number, with its chart and the club you're in: 1,000 lb club, 1,100, 1,200 and up. For every lift: how much stronger you are since you started, a chart over time, and a bar to your next step - your next strength level from Beginner to Elite, or your next plate milestone. Goals with clear progress bars. Bodyweight trend. Your week streak, with an optional Sunday reminder so it doesn't end. THE WEEK, READ BACK Every week gets a report: workouts against your target, total weight lifted against last week, sets for every muscle group, your best lifts, the records you set, and the muscle you skipped. Share any week as an image. CROSSFIT TOO Post your time for Fran, Murph, Grace, Helen and more in three taps. Every WOD has its own leaderboard. Six themes, each with its own colours, type and shapes, in light and dark: Logbook, Meet Day, Pump, Steel, Iron & Gold and Night Shift. Pounds or kilograms. Free. No ads. No AI. No video uploads. Built for gym-goers, powerlifters and CrossFitters.
