A no-nonsense interval timer built for run/walk training. Set a work duration, rest duration, and number of repetitions. Add optional warm-up and cool-down phases. Start the timer and it runs the full workout automatically, announcing each phase change out loud so you don't have to look at your phone. FEATURES - Work, rest, warm-up, and cool-down phases, each independently configurable - Adjustable repetition count - Voice announcements or tone alerts at the start of each phase - Customizable phrases for work start, rest start, and warm-up start - Optional end-of-interval countdown (5s, 10s, or 15s before a phase ends) - Optional intermediate time announcements within a phase (e.g., every 1 or 2 minutes) - Vibration alerts - Pause, resume, restart, and skip controls during a workout - Total time remaining shown on screen - Reset to defaults No account required.
