A little space for all of you. Parts Studio is a simple, private place to get to know your inner world. Create a parts map, notice how you feel, and learn what might help—at your own pace. A part might be a feeling, thought, urge, or inner voice. The worrier. The planner. The playful one. You only need a name to begin. YOUR PARTS, AT A GLANCE Give each part a name, color, and symbol. Explore your visual map or switch to a simple list. Tap a part to see what you have noticed and what might help it. CHECK IN, THEN CARRY ON Choose a feeling, add what might help, and save. Connect a check-in to a part if you want to. Every answer is optional, and you can use your own words. NOTICE THE CONNECTIONS Save how two parts affect each other. Explore the connections on your map as you get to know them over time. RETURN TO YOUR MOMENTS Keep your check-ins together in a simple history. See recent check-ins connected to each part. No streaks, scores, or pressure to keep up. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your reflections stay on your device by default. No account, ads, analytics, subscriptions, or AI interpretation. On iOS, you can choose an encrypted backup to your own iCloud account. Export your local data or remove it from Settings. Parts Studio is inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and supports personal reflection. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support, and it does not replace professional care.
