Vitals Sync imports four metrics your Garmin records but does not send to the Health app: HRV, Respiration, SpO₂, and VO₂ Max. Everything runs on your device. You sign in with your Garmin Connect account. The app reads the data your Garmin watch already recorded and writes it to the Health app on your iPhone. Most syncing tools cover only HRV. Vitals Sync does all four. WHAT YOU NEED • A Garmin Connect account • A Garmin watch that records these metrics, like the Forerunner, Fenix, Venu, vívoactive, Instinct, Epix, or Enduro series, and more WHAT IT SYNCS • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) • Respiration rate • Blood oxygen (SpO₂) • VO₂ Max FEATURES • Automatic background sync • No duplicates.
