Stop managing tasks. Start playing them. You have an hour free. You want to be productive. You open your to-do list... and you freeze. There are too many options, too many overdue dates, and too much noise. Instead of picking a task, you waste energy just staring at the list, trying to decide where to start. Yah.Nah. solves this by turning your Apple Reminders into a high-speed sorting game. It helps you build a realistic plan based exactly on the time you have available right now. REDUCE DECISION FATIGUE Standard to-do lists can be overwhelming because they show you everything at once. Yah.Nah. shows you one thing at a time. It forces a simple, binary choice: Do it now (Yah) or skip it for later (Nah). By separating the decision from the execution, you stop overthinking and start doing. WORK WITH THE TIME YOU HAVE Most apps ask "What do you need to do?" We ask "How much time do you have?" Whether you have 30 minutes or a few hours, the app helps you curate a specific stack of tasks that fits your current capacity, so you don't overcommit. BREAK THE PARALYSIS We all have those big, vague tasks like "Clean the apartment" that sit on our lists for months. With the "Chop" feature, you can instantly break those giants down into bite-sized steps that actually fit into your schedule. YOUR DATA, YOUR TOOLS Yah.Nah. is a powerful client for the Apple Reminders app you already use. There is no new ecosystem to migrate to. Everything syncs instantly. We just make the experience tactile, focused, and effective. WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU: • Filters your list based on how much time you have available • Helps you focus by showing only one card at a time • Prevents burnout by setting realistic session limits • Turns the chore of planning into a satisfying, tactile game You don't need another place to write down tasks. You need a way to actually start them. Download Yah.Nah. and get your momentum back. --- TRANSPARENCY: This app does not collect, track, or share your personal data. It functions strictly as a client for your on-device Apple Reminders database.

See what to do next. Find your way back when plans change. Have things to do, but struggle to choose where to start? Get pulled away halfway through? OK Planner brings tasks, your daily schedule and a journal together for people with ADHD and anyone who gets distracted easily. See your day, choose one manageable step and return at your own pace. MAKE THE NEXT STEP VISIBLE See tasks and plans on a visual timeline. Break a bigger task into small steps so you can leave yourself a clear place to start. Organize with tags, colors and priorities. Additional colors and fonts are available with Pro. CHOOSE SOMETHING THAT FITS THE TIME YOU HAVE See gaps between the plans you have entered and pick a task for the time available. Move between daily plans and a monthly overview. Free time is based on your saved plans and the daily hours you set. MAKE ROOM FOR A CHANGE OF PLAN Adjust the date, time or order of unfinished tasks. Capture a task with just a name and leave it in Later until you are ready to choose a date. You can decide on one thing now and plan the rest later. LEAVE YOURSELF A WAY BACK Start with a 5-, 10- or 25-minute focus timer. When you take a break, leave a note about what to do next. Pause, add five minutes or return to the same task. Finishing a timer never marks the task complete for you. KEEP A RECORD, EVEN WHEN WRITING FEELS HARD Write, use on-device voice input on supported devices or add up to six photos per journal entry, even without text. Choose your own mood. Look back at completed tasks and this week's timer time to see small steps you have taken. FREE EVERYDAY TOOLS Create, edit and save tasks and journal entries, plan your day, use Later, add steps and run the manual focus timer. This week's statistics are included. There are no limits based on task count or completed tasks. MORE WITH OK PLANNER PRO An optional in-app purchase adds reusable routines, batch task entry, weekly and monthly PDF reports, Apple Calendar integration and Google Calendar through a Google account added to your iPhone.
