Quit slowly. Wane is a different kind of habit tracker. Instead of counting streaks or demanding cold turkey, Wane tracks the time between — helping you gradually extend the space between cravings until the habit fades. THE SCIENCE OF GRADUAL EXTINCTION Quitting abruptly shocks the brain. Wane uses gradual extinction — slowly extending the interval between indulgences until the craving weakens. No willpower battles. Just time, working for you. HOW IT WORKS - Log when you do the habit - Watch your vessel fill with time - Goals adjust automatically based on your real patterns - Reach your target, then start again — a little longer each time TRACK ANY HABIT Vaping, social media, sugar, snacking, caffeine, nail biting, or anything else you want to do less. Wane doesn't judge — it just helps you build space. FEATURES - Beautiful visual progress — watch the wave rise - Automatic goal adjustment — targets based on your actual intervals, not arbitrary numbers - History and charts — see your progress over time - Unlimited habits — track as many as you need - Privacy first — all data stays on your device, no account required WHY INTERVALS, NOT STREAKS Streaks punish failure. One slip and you're back to zero. Wane measures the space between, so every moment of restraint counts — even if you slip, your progress isn't erased. Built for anyone trying to do a little less, a little slower, one interval at a time.

Attune starts with one question: how do you actually feel, right now? It is an autistic-first emotional wellness app, built for people who find feelings hard to name, hard to locate, or easy to be overwhelmed by. One decision at a time. No streaks, no scores, no verdicts about you. START WITH A CHECK-IN Place where your energy is, then choose from words that sit near it. If the word won't come, check in anyway: "couldn't name it" is a complete answer. Add where it sits in your body and what surrounded it, only if you'd like. EVERYTHING FOLLOWS FROM IT Your check-in colours the whole app and suggests one next step, with the reason shown. • Reflect: write it out in a journal, or walk one thought through in Talk, step by step. Guided methods from CBT and self-compassion, authored by hand. There is no chatbot. • Skills: paced breathing, a body scan, Follow the light, grounding and DBT skills. Urgent skills are offered only when your check-in calls for them. • Pace: a few small to-dos, capped by how you feel. Nothing is ever overdue. • Patterns & History: a plain record of your days, and separate, gentle noticings about what tends to turn up together. Comparisons, never judgements. MADE FOR HOW YOU PROCESS • Low-overwhelm screens with one thing to decide at a time. • Support for alexithymia and for noticing the body. • A light that follows the hour, a stronger-contrast option, larger text, a dyslexia-friendly font and Reduce Motion. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND NIGHTSTAND Widgets for checking in and for Pace: tap a word and Attune opens on it. In StandBy, a three-minute breath you can start without opening the app. FROM YOUR DAY With Journaling Suggestions, bring a moment into an entry: photos, a video, a place, music you listened to, a workout. Add your own photos or a voice memo. Only what you pick is ever read. YOURS, PRIVATE Your record lives on your phone. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics. • Apple Health (optional): reads sleep, steps, active energy and mindful minutes to sit beside your check-ins, and can save check-ins as State of Mind. • Weather (optional): the conditions where you are, from Apple Weather. • Apple Intelligence (optional, on supported iPhones): chooses among Attune's own suggestions and reads your week from your own words. It runs on your phone. • iCloud backup and sync (optional, for Circle members): to your own iCloud, never to our servers. IF YOUR FAITH OR PHILOSOPHY MATTERS TO YOU Choose a tradition and Attune weaves in its practices in the tradition's own words, with seasons and feast days where its calendar is built in: Catholic (Latin, Maronite, Byzantine and Chaldean rites), Orthodox, Protestant, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Stoic, humanist, twelve-step and more. Off unless you turn it on. FREE, AND IT STAYS THAT WAY Everything you need is free. The Attune Circle is an optional way to keep an independent, one-person app alive, with iCloud backup and sync, a readable PDF of your entries, and notes from the builder. Attune is not therapy and not a medical device. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line; the app lists resources and never tries to stand in for them. TERMS The Attune Circle offers monthly and yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings, and a one-time lifetime option. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://www.attuneself.app/privacy
