Your check-ins stay on your phone — and if you choose iCloud backup, they go to your own iCloud, never to us. Attune can read Apple Health and Apple Weather signals if you turn them on, and can pull a moment from Apple's Journaling Suggestions — only the one you pick. Attune never watches your day. ABOUT THE READINGS Short readings are written on your phone by Apple Intelligence, opt-in, and never uploaded. There is no chatbot anywhere in Attune. Everything else is hand-authored and deterministic — the same check-in always reads the same.
