Your best ideas vanish the second you reach for a notes app. Squirrel catches every thought - just talk, tap, done. The second brain finally built for ADHD. Your brain isn't broken. Regular to-do apps just weren't built for it - they assume perfect focus, flawless memory, and a sense of time you don't have. Squirrel works WITH your brain instead of shaming it. Made by an ADHD brain, for ADHD brains. CAPTURE EVERYTHING (before it's gone) Brain dump in a tap - text or voice, like texting yourself Voice notes with instant transcription - no typing, no losing the thought Turn any thought into a to-do - your junk drawer becomes your plan NEVER FORGET (out of sight, out of mind - solved) Key dates become to-dos automatically - bills, birthdays, appointments land on your list the day they're due Reminders that actually reach you - and sync to Apple Calendar Squirrel buries the date and digs it up for you - so you don't have to remember SEE YOUR TIME (built for time blindness) The day in four simple quarters, with a countdown you can win A focus timer that quiets the other 99 tabs - one task, just start Body-doubling focus mode that keeps you company while you work KEEP MOMENTUM (gently) Track habits your way - tap to mark, glance to know Streaks and wins that celebrate you - never guilt you See your day fill up, one small done at a time MADE FOR YOU IF… • Your thoughts disappear before you can write them down • You're somehow always late, even when you "left on time" • Your to-do list just gets longer and you never get THROUGH it • You forget appointments even when you genuinely care • Normal productivity apps make you feel like a failure Squirrel is your external memory - the place to put everything so your brain doesn't have to hold it. Attune is an emotional check-in that shapes itself around where you are. Start with one thing: how you feel right now. Pick the words that fit, or tap "couldn't name it today" and let that be a complete answer. What you name colors every screen, seeds your writing, and decides what's offered next. Nothing is a quiz. Nothing is a score. REFLECT — Write freely, or think a thought through with structured prompts. Walk a journal entry straight into a guided reflection. SKILLS — Breathing, grounding, and small practices matched to the state you're in. PATTERNS — A calm look back: which words arrived together, what came with them, what shifted after a reflection. Your week in review hands your own words back, in full. PACE — A few small to-dos, offered by how much room you have today. No due dates, no streaks. READ BACK, NEVER GRADED Attune never says you had a bad week. Its language is comparative and literal: lighter than last week, the same word three times. If you turn on the on-device reading, your week in review gathers a few noticings from your own check-ins and writing. Each one is tied to the exact words it rests on, and the moments you steadied are kept in view. Nothing is a verdict, and none of it leaves your phone. YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE No account. No ads. No trackers. Your check-ins and writing stay on your device, and go to your own iCloud only if you turn backup on. Apple Health and Apple Weather add context if you allow them, and Apple’s Journaling Suggestions can offer a starting point for writing. The short readings and week-in-review noticings are written on your phone by Apple Intelligence, only if you turn them on, and never uploaded. There is no chatbot in Attune. MANY TRADITIONS Practices from contemplative, philosophical, faith, and recovery traditions, each off until you choose it. Feast days and holy days follow your own calendar. BUILT FOR MINDS THAT GET OVERLOADED There is a lot in Attune, and you meet it one piece at a time. Each screen asks for one decision. Everything past the check-in stays folded away until you reach for it, and the traditions, readings, and calendars are off until you turn them on. There is room for not having the words. Designed first for autistic and ADHD minds, and good for anyone who wants depth without noise. Attune isn't therapy and isn't a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or monitor you.
