How many hours do you spend on the duty roster every month? Touchoku takes over the whole job โ collecting requests, generating a fair schedule, and handling swaps after it's finalized. Built by a practicing physician, born from real hospital pain. WHO IT'S FOR - You're the one stuck making the on-call / duty roster for your department or ward - Requests arrive scattered across chat, paper, and hallway conversations - You want to end the "why do I always get weekends?" and "their pay is higher" complaints - Every swap after finalizing means rebuilding the table by hand KEY FEATURES Collect requests Create a room and share the PIN โ that's it. Members enter preferred days, must-avoid days, and other work from their own phones. For people without an account, add them as proxy participants and enter on their behalf. Automatic scheduling Weekly and monthly limits, minimum spacing between duties, and no-pair rules ("these two can't share a slot") are all respected. Optional weekday day shifts, with automatic holiday detection for Japan, the US, China, and Spain. Fairness you can defend Not just balanced counts โ the pay gap (max minus min) is optimized too. Set amounts per day type, in yen, dollars, euros, or yuan. Safe swaps after finalizing Simulate a swap first and see exactly how counts and pay change before applying it. Full history is kept. Share, export, remind Full-screen monthly summary, one-tap PDF export, and day-before / same-day duty notifications. THREE STEPS 1. Create a room and share the PIN 2. Everyone enters their requests 3. Generate, review, finalize BEYOND HOSPITALS Clinics, nursing homes, pharmacies, labs, shops โ anywhere a team takes turns, Touchoku works. Available in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish. Core features are free. A web version lets you check the roster from any browser with the same account.

Turn your post-counseling reflection into a SOAP-format medication note โ just by speaking. SoapVox converts a pharmacist's own spoken dictation into a SOAP-structured medication record. By default, recording, transcription, and SOAP organization all run on-device. Your audio recording never leaves the device, and nothing is sent to the developer's servers or to third-party AI services such as OpenAI. Only when you turn on High Accuracy mode are the transcript and generation instructions processed on Apple's Private Cloud Compute. Dictate your reflection in a private area where no other patient or third party can overhear โ inside the pharmacy counter, the dispensary, a staff room, or at your desk. [Where it helps] - A quick reflection right after counseling at the pharmacy counter - Dictating observations in the staff room after ward rounds - An end-of-day summary of the day's cases - Reflective learning from cases you experienced [Main features] - Dictation recording in your own voice (up to 5 minutes per session; up to 30 minutes when High Accuracy mode is on and available) - On-device AI transcription - On-device AI SOAP note organization - Optional High Accuracy mode: when you turn it on, SOAP drafts are generated on Apple's Private Cloud Compute (iOS 27 or later) - Pro: generation after you close the app (more likely to finish while charging; on battery, some drafts may be completed the next time you open the app) - Pro: QR code transfer โ show a SOAP note as QR codes that your facility's QR reader can scan into a hospital terminal (not an integration with electronic medication-record systems). Switch between Shift_JIS and UTF-8; long notes are split into numbered codes. Free users can try the screen with a sample note to check whether their reader works - Automatic correction of pharmaceutical terms - Custom SOAP templates - Dynamic Island / Lock Screen widget support - Siri Shortcuts support - VoiceOver / Dynamic Type support [Privacy and safety] - On-device processing by default (audio never leaves the device) - AES-GCM encryption for records with the personal information flag on (on by default; keys protected by the iOS Keychain) - By default, SOAP text and recording metadata are not sent externally. Only when you turn on High Accuracy mode are the transcript and generation instructions processed on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, with your consent - Biometric access control (Face ID / Touch ID) - Your records stay on the device until you delete them [Before you use it] - This app is not a medical device. It is a documentation aid for medication-record work. - AI-generated results are reference information; final review and approval rest with the pharmacist. - Record only in a private area where no other patient or third party can overhear. Choosing the recording location is the user's responsibility. - This app is intended for recording your own spoken reflections. Recording that includes a patient's voice is not part of the app's default behavior.
