Balansly
Read full descriptionHide full description
Your current balance is not always money you can freely spend. Some of it may already be needed for upcoming bills, recurring expenses, or other commitments. Balansly combines your current account balances with planned income and expenses to show how your balance may change over the next 12 months. Use the forecast as a scenario: test a major purchase, trip, or irregular payment before you spend, then compare different amounts or dates. Balansly is useful when you want to plan beyond the current month, prepare for seasonal expenses, manage money across several accounts, or understand whether a financial decision fits alongside commitments you already know about. HOW IT WORKS โข add accounts and wallets with their actual balances โข enter known income, bills, purchases, and other future expenses โข review the automatically calculated forecast and update the plan when circumstances change There is no need to create an account or connect a bank. You also do not have to record every daily purchase. Add the large, recurring, and known future transactions that matter most, then periodically update your actual account balances to keep the forecast useful. PLAN AND REVIEW โข plan one-off and recurring income and expenses โข use weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-time schedules โข edit, reschedule, pause, and resume planned transactions โข review expected balance at the start and end of each month โข find months with high expenses or an uncomfortably low forecast โข compare income, expenses, and category totals โข compare your actual balance with the plan โข see upcoming financial events in a monthly calendar ACCOUNTS AND CURRENCIES โข see the total balance and its history after account updates โข manage multiple accounts, wallets, currencies, and cryptocurrencies โข keep each currency separate without automatic exchange-rate conversion The forecast is a scenario based on the information you enter, not a guarantee of a future result. It changes when balances or planned transactions change and helps make trade-offs visible while there is still time to adjust the plan. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your financial data stays on your device. Balansly does not send it to external servers or use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Core tracking and planning features work offline.

See exactly where your money goes this month, and how much is left. BudgetLoop is a monthly budget tracker for iPhone that works completely offline. No account, no sign-up, no bank connection. HOW IT WORKS Set a monthly budget, log income and expenses in a few taps, and watch your remaining budget update instantly. The number you actually need is on the first screen, not three menus deep. CATEGORIES AND LIMITS Rent, groceries, transport, bills, entertainment, dining out, health and other are ready to use. Add unlimited custom categories with their own icon and colour. Give any category its own monthly limit. The progress bar switches to a warning colour at 90% and above. CHARTS THAT MAKE SENSE - Daily spending bars for the current period - Spending by category as a donut chart - A 6-month trend, so you can see whether things are actually improving A MONTH THAT MATCHES YOUR PAYDAY Your budget cycle does not have to start on the 1st. Choose any day from 1 to 28 so the month lines up with when you actually get paid. OFFLINE AND PRIVATE Everything is stored on your iPhone and nowhere else. There is no server, no account, no analytics and no tracking. The app never asks for internet access because it never needs it. That is how it is built, not a promise we are making. ALSO INSIDE - 30+ currencies with correct local formatting - 26 interface languages - OLED dark theme, a light theme, or follow the system - CSV export of every transaction - iPhone, iOS 17 or later PRICING Try everything free for 7 days, no payment details needed. After that, keep BudgetLoop with a one-time purchase you own forever, or choose a yearly plan instead. A subscription is not required. WHAT BUDGETLOOP DOES NOT DO It does not connect to your bank. You enter transactions yourself, in a few seconds. That is deliberate, so nothing gets miscategorised behind your back and no credentials ever leave your hands. Your financial data stays on your iPhone. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://ecomcg90-gif.github.io/budgetloop-site/privacy.html

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Balansly at none against BudgetLoop's 2. BudgetLoop's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
