Explore the world together. Ato is a cooperative mapping adventure where every walk, run, and trip fills in a shared world map. See where you've been, discover where friends have explored, and uncover places no one has visited yet. Join a global community of explorers building a collective picture of human adventure—one hexagon at a time. Your past adventures, rediscovered Already have years of walks and trips behind you? Import your entire history from Strava, sync from Apple Watch, or pull location data from your photo library. Watch your map light up with hexes from places you'd almost forgotten about. Record your future journeys Sync new workouts automatically, import photos as you take them, or tap to check in wherever you are. Each hex can only be checked into once per day, so every visit counts. Whether it's your morning commute or a trip across the world, your journey is being recorded. Share your week with Postcards Send a postcard with up to 4 photos from the past 7 days, add a caption, and tag where each was taken. Tap any photo's pin to jump straight to that hex on the map. Cheer on fellow explorers with hearts, leave comments, and browse postcards shared from any hex you find. See where others explore View where explorers around the globe have been on the shared world map. Filter by everyone or just your mutuals to see where friends have roamed. Follow other explorers, keep your profile private, or browse profiles to find inspiration for new places to visit. Meet your Hexmates See which explorers have covered the most hexes in common with you. Open a Hexmate to browse the countries and cities you share, then highlight the exact hexes you both explored on the map. Discover heatmaps See your exploration patterns come alive with personal heatmaps that highlight your most-visited areas in warm gradients. Switch to global heatmaps to discover the world's most popular spots. Find your missing hexes Tap any city to see which hexes you've explored and which remain undiscovered. City Explorer shows hexes others have found but you haven't—plan your routes to fill in the gaps and complete neighborhoods, cities, or entire countries. Compete on leaderboards Check global leaderboards to see how your discoveries stack up, or dive into city-specific rankings to find out who's explored your hometown the most. Stay connected Get notified when someone follows you or interacts with your postcards. Tap a like or comment alert to jump straight to the postcard. Tap any hex to see who discovered it first, who visited most recently, and browse the full list of explorers. Track every pill, vitamin, and medication you take for free. Scan a barcode or type it in, then get reminders, streaks, and sync across your devices. The AI advisor is optional. Most supplement apps just remind you to swallow pills. Basic Intake tells you which ones to keep, which to adjust, and which to stop paying for. No bro science. No 47-pill stacks. A tracker that earns its place. REVIEW MY STACK Tap once and your AI advisor audits everything you take, then ranks each item KEEP, ADJUST, or DROP, with a plain-English reason and a confidence level. It weighs real adherence from your check-offs, your own "is it working?" answers, how your lab values moved, your mood and energy trend, and with Apple Health, your sleep and activity. It will not blame a supplement you have barely taken: if adherence is low, it says take it consistently first. Hand any suggestion to the assistant and it makes the change for you, then marks it done once your stack reflects it. Clinical calls go to your doctor. SOMETHING TO HAND YOUR DOCTOR One tap turns your regimen into a printable PDF: every supplement and medication, the dose, the schedule, and how consistently you have taken it. Bring that to an appointment instead of trying to remember the name of the thing in the blue bottle. The people you care for go on the same report. FOR THE PEOPLE YOU CARE FOR Track a parent's medications, a kid's vitamins, and the dog's heartworm pill alongside your own, each with its own schedule, reminders, and history. The AI advisor works for their lists too. If you are the one who keeps everyone else's pills straight, this is built for you. TOOK IT, FORGOT TO TAP IT Open your adherence history, tap any day in the past week, and fill in what you took. Your streak survives, and your stack review stops counting a forgotten tap as a missed dose. A HEADS UP BEFORE IT COSTS YOU Not a one-time setup scan. Add anything and Basic Intake re-checks the whole stack. If it finds an absorption clash (calcium blocking iron), a duplicate pushing one nutrient past its upper limit, or a timing conflict costing you effectiveness, a card names the items, the consequence, and the fix. Nothing worth flagging? It stays quiet. READ YOUR BLOODWORK Import a lab report as a PDF or photo. Your advisor pulls your biomarkers (vitamin D, B12, ferritin, cholesterol), tracks each against its reference range, flags anything out of range, and ties it to your stack. WHAT ELSE YOU GET • Scan a barcode and the name, brand, and dose fill in. Not recognized? Snap the Supplement Facts panel and the AI reads it. Adding and tracking never cost an AI interaction. • Schedules that fit real life: every day or specific days, vitamin D on weekends, a B12 shot on Mondays. Anything not due stays hidden, so an off day never breaks your streak. • Skipping on purpose is its own thing: long-press to mark the day handled without logging a dose you did not take. • Once a month it asks whether something is helping, and each week a short read on which time of day your doses slip. • Nutrient Totals: every vitamin and mineral against the RDA, gaps and limits flagged • Weight tracking: your weekly trend shows green toward your goal, amber away from it • Restock Reminders track your supply, refill in one tap • iCloud sync across iPhone and Apple Watch, plus backup and restore • Apple Health: log intake and weight, pull sleep and activity into advice • Interactive widget, full VoiceOver, unlockable streak flames Basic Intake is an informational tool, not medical advice. Always consult your doctor before starting or changing any supplement regimen. SUBSCRIPTION Free 7-day trial includes up to 15 AI chat interactions and 15 label photo scans. Barcode scans are always unlimited and free. After the trial, Basic Intake Pro is $59.99/year or $7.99/month. Cancel anytime in Settings.
