Your next set starts with knowing your last one. Gym Progression keeps your weights, repetitions and workout history together, so you can spend less time remembering numbers and more time training. LOG SETS QUICKLY Enter your weight and reps with large controls. See your previous session, reuse a saved set, and keep your next set ready to record. Switch between kilograms and pounds. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Follow estimated one-rep max, top weight and training volume on clear charts. Explore your history by date, compare progress over time, and review every recorded set. Estimated max includes higher-repetition sets; estimates become less reliable above 10 reps and are not a tested maximum. FIND THE RIGHT EXERCISE Search your exercises and save favorites. Use Pull/Push/Leg, Upper/Lower, Bro Split or Full Body groupings. History categories follow the same workout split. Create your own exercises with a photo, muscle groups and movement type. MAKE HISTORY USEFUL Show all exercises, only those with recorded sets, or only those you have not started. Sort by name, latest workout, training frequency or progress. Frequency counts training days; progress ordering compares the first and latest comparable day's best estimated max. KEEP SEPARATE TRAINING HISTORIES Optional personal trainer mode lets you switch between people and keep their workout records separate on the same device. No client account is required. YOUR WORKOUTS, ON YOUR DEVICE Workout data is stored locally and logging works offline. Export and import a backup from Profile to keep a copy or move your history to another device. Automatic cloud synchronization is not included. Export a backup before deleting the app or changing devices. Free to use, with no ads, subscription or registration. Optional tips support development and do not unlock features. Available on iPhone and iPad, in English, Hungarian, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

No AI. No paywall. No in-app purchases. No subscription. No account. No ads. Nothing leaving your phone. Hank is a strength log. You open it, write down what you lifted, and close it. That is the whole product. Every other tracker now wants to be your coach — generating plans you did not ask for, guessing at your recovery, and charging you monthly for a chatbot in a tracksuit. Hank does none of that. It is a notebook that does the arithmetic. LOGGING • Sets, reps and weight in the fewest taps the job allows • Last session's numbers on the same screen you are logging into • Bodyweight sets • Kilograms or pounds • Edit or delete any set at any time, including in finished workouts • Repeat your last set with one tap PLANNING • Training plans, each holding as many templates as you want • Templates with target sets, reps and weight per exercise • 150+ movements, tagged by muscle group • Search that understands how lifters type: "pull ups", "db press", "pull back", a typo — it finds the movement you meant • Add your own movements • Save a finished workout back out as a template APPLE WATCH • Start a workout from a template with no phone nearby • The full movement library on your wrist • Digital Crown for reps and weight, so the only tap is "log set" — and it fits one screen on every watch size, no scrolling • The watch follows the phone: log a set on your iPhone and your wrist is already on that exercise • Live heart rate and elapsed time • Everything syncs when your phone comes back PROGRESS • Weight and volume progression, movement by movement • Personal records, including volume PRs • Muscle balance — sets per week, per muscle group, and what you keep skipping • Workout frequency and streaks • Typical rest between sets, measured from your own logs • A calendar of everything you have trained YOUR DATA • Stored on your device in a local database • No server, no account, no analytics SDK — nothing is collected, because there is nowhere to send it • Export all of it to CSV or JSON whenever you like • Apple Health sync is optional and off until you turn it on Free. All of it. There is no paid tier to upgrade to, because there is no paid tier.
