When your day is over but your mind and body are still moving, Vagaloom gives you one simple bedtime ritual instead of another content library to browse. Choose a starting point: • Read the latest available heart-rate sample from Apple Health • Enter a heart-rate reading manually • Continue without heart rate and describe how you feel Heart rate is always optional, and no Apple Watch is required. Vagaloom uses your check-in to set the beginning of a focused soundscape, then moves gradually through Match, Transition, and Settle phases. It does not continuously monitor your heart rate or provide real-time biofeedback. After a session, record how you feel and optionally compare a newer heart-rate snapshot. Snapshots are brief context, not a medical assessment or proof of treatment. FREE • Complete 5-minute sessions with no daily limit • Apple Health, manual BPM, and subjective check-ins • Your 3 most recent session records PRO LIFETIME • One-time purchase — no subscription • 5-, 10-, and 15-minute session options • Complete session history • Restore purchases through your Apple Account PRIVACY Session records stay on this iPhone. Vagaloom does not require an account, include advertising SDKs, or upload heart-rate snapshots to its own servers. Vagaloom is a wellness tool and not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

"I'm never smoking again." I made that decision and threw away the cigarettes I had. But determination alone does not change a person. You decide not to smoke, then smoke again. You decide to change, then return to the same day. What you lose each time is not only your health or your money. The feeling that you cannot even keep a promise you made to yourself begins to remain inside you. If you keep telling yourself that you will change tomorrow, tomorrow will probably be the same. So I stopped trying to solve a lifetime of not smoking. First, move the next cigarette out of reach. Prepare something else to do when the urge comes. Face the life you do not want to return to and what you want to regain. Then get through only the first 72 hours. BreakThree turns what I actually did to get through those first three days into one guided sequence. This app will not turn you into a different person. But it will show you, one step at a time, what you can do right now to avoid the next cigarette. Once you begin, three candles and the remaining time quietly show your progress through the 72 hours. When the urge to smoke appears, open the 30-second breathing screen and pause. Main features • Progress through the first 72 hours after quitting • Preparation to move the next cigarette out of reach • Alternative actions you can prepare in advance • Reminders of the life you do not want to return to • Reminders of what you want to regain • A 30-second support screen for cravings • Small and medium widgets • A three-day record stored on your device Not tomorrow. Start with the next cigarette. Not forever. Start with 72 hours. BreakThree is not a substitute for medical care or treatment. If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms or feel unwell, contact a qualified healthcare professional or smoking-cessation service.
