About

Regulate ADHD

Regulate helps parents of neurodivergent children track behavior patterns, sleep quality, and medication effects over time. Built with clinical precision and parental warmth. Why Regulate? Managing ADHD treatment is hard. You juggle medication adjustments, observe behavioral changes, and try to report it all to your pediatrician from memory. Regulate gives you the data to have confident, informed conversations with your child's care team. Treatment Phase Tracking Divide your child's timeline into meaningful phasesβ€”Baseline, Guanfacine 1mg, Adjusted Dosageβ€”and instantly compare how each period affects behavior and sleep. See the patterns that memory alone can't capture. Effortless Daily Logging Log morning, afternoon, and evening mood with intuitive sliders. Track sleep quality, medication timing, and side effects like appetite changes or headaches. Takes under a minute. Multi-Caregiver Collaboration Parents, grandparents, and other caregivers can all contribute observations. Share an invite code and everyone sees the same comprehensive pictureβ€”no more conflicting notes or forgotten details. Designed for Pediatrician Visits Export your data as a clean CSV report. Walk into appointments with weeks of objective data instead of scattered recollections. Privacy-First Architecture Your child's health data never leaves our encrypted infrastructure. We don't sell data, don't use analytics trackers, and don't serve ads. Your family's information belongs to you. Key Features - Treatment phase timeline with visual comparison - Mood tracking (5-point scale from Calm to Explosive) - Sleep hours, quality, and melatonin tracking - Medication adherence logging - Side effect monitoring (appetite, somnolence, headaches) - Multi-caregiver collaboration with role-based permissions - CSV export for healthcare providers - Row-Level Security protects every piece of data Regulate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers about your child's treatment. About

Keel

Features

Keel is an ADHD toolkit for adults who already have the diagnosis. Doses, side effects, hyperfocus, and the hard moments live in one place on your iPhone. See when a medicine is kicking in and wearing off. Log what your body does on that dose. Notice a long hyperfocus stretch. Work through a spike in a private journal. Export a summary when a clinician, HR, or school needs one. Medication Log a dose and Keel draws an estimated curve for the day: rising, peak, and wear-off. The timing starts from the medicine you take. Change it if your body disagrees. The curve is an estimate you can show someone. It is not medical advice. Side effects Check in on appetite, sleep, mood, and whatever else you notice. A few days in, trends sit next to the dose, so the next appointment starts from a record. Hyperfocus Keel can notice a long stretch in one app and ask whether you want a break. It uses Screen Time and motion on this iPhone. It does not read what you typed, watched, or wrote. Hard moments A short journal for the spike. How big it feels, where you feel it, and what else might be true. Keel looks for a pattern with the time of day and your doses after a few entries. Paperwork Build a treatment summary, a workplace accommodation note, or a school support page. You pick the audience and what is included. Medication names stay in the clinician version. On this iPhone Keel has no account. Your doses, check-ins, and journal stay on the phone. Nothing is sent unless you export it. Not medicated right now? Skip the dose log. Hyperfocus, the journal, and your records still work. Keel does not diagnose ADHD, prescribe medicine, or replace your clinician.
