Protagonist is the habit tracker that pays you to follow through. Most habit apps let you off the hook. Protagonist doesn't. Set a goal that matters. Put money on the line. Upload proof every day. Earn your money back when you do what you said you'd do. **How it works** Choose your goal — Build a habit around something that actually matters to you: meditation, workouts, sales calls, writing, job applications, and more. Pick your commitment level — Put down $30, $60, or $90 for the month. Earn back $1, $2, or $3 per day when you follow through. Upload proof daily — Submit a photo, video, or screenshot showing you completed the action. AI checks your proof — Protagonist verifies whether you followed through. You can always request for a human to check it. **Why Protagonist works** Real skin in the game — Your goals are backed by money, not just motivation. Proof-based accountability — You don't just tap a checkbox. You prove you did the work. AI-guided habit design — Our AI helps you identify which daily actions are most likely to move your life forward — not just what to track, but what actually matters. Built for real life — Fitness, business, focus, creativity, mindfulness, productivity, personal growth. *** Protagonist is for people who are tired of: Setting goals and forgetting them Downloading habit apps and abandoning them Knowing what to do, but not doing it Relying on motivation that disappears after a few days This is not about perfection. It is about progress. Stay consistent and unlock charity donations, bigger rewards, and in-app character development — the kind that carries over into real life. Build momentum. Become someone you can trust. Be the protagonist of your life.

For most of us, deadlines are the only thing that make us focus. That's why we procrastinate on what matters to us and struggle to do the things no one tells us to do. No one forces you to go to the gym, read, or put down your phone, and that's why it's hard. Commit turns those intentions into goals with real deadlines and proof you actually did them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set the goal and how often you want to do it. 2. Choose how you'll prove it. 3. An AI coach grades your evidence against your own criteria and the leniency you set: lenient, moderate, or strict. 4. Miss one, and you have 4 days to appeal the verdict. WAYS TO PROVE IT - A photo or video (optionally camera-only, so nothing can come from your library) - A barcode scan - A GPS check-in at a real place - Apple Health data - A time-lapse of the whole session - A live screen recording - App blocking via Screen Time settings APP BLOCKING Block the apps that take your day. Set a daily limit per app, a number of free openings, or block them outright on the days you choose. Your coach can grant an exception when your own rules allow one. NEVER SLEEP IN AGAIN An alarm goal keeps ringing until you submit your evidence. You can lock the app so it can't be deleted mid-ring. YOU SET THE DIFFICULTY Fully customize how strict the AI grader is. You can lock the strictness so you don't weasel out in the future. FULLY PRIVATE Your data is kept private and never sold. By default your evidence is stored so you and your coach can look back on it. Turn on private mode and your photos, videos, and time-lapses are deleted the moment they're graded. We keep the verdict, not the footage. A free account gives you 2 active goals with every kind of proof, the full AI coach, friends, and app blocking. Commit Premium removes the goal limit and lets the coach schedule your reminders for you. Try it out with a 14 day free trial. Terms of Use: https://commitcontracts.com/terms-of-service.html
