Mantis is the workout app where you never count. Put your iPhone in front of you: the camera recognizes the exercise and counts every rep. Your only job is to move. JUST TRAIN. WE COUNT. • Camera rep counter for push-ups, squats, pull-ups, burpees, jumping jacks and more • Plank timer that starts on its own as soon as you hold the position • Only full reps count — partial reps are shown separately, so your numbers stay honest • Free mode: do exercises in any order, Mantis figures out what you're doing • Sets mode: rep goals, number of sets and a rest timer • Voice coach that guides the workout and counts out loud • Technique videos before exercises you haven't done yet • On iPhone models with LiDAR, movement is tracked in 3D for even better accuracy SHORT, NO EXCUSES A 4-minute warm-up, a home workout or a street workout on the bar and dips. 15 exercises, most of them bodyweight. No gym needed — just your phone and a bit of floor. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE • Workout report: reps, time, pace and intensity rating • Charts for the week, the month and all time • Day streak and weekly goal • Home Screen widget — the mantis reminds you when your streak is at risk TRAIN WITH FRIENDS • A feed of your friends' workouts with likes and comments • Teams of up to 8: points for every workout and weekly quests • A new season every month with a team leaderboard and podium places • 11 achievements, from Rookie to Titan YOUR WORKOUT RECEIPT Share your result to Instagram Stories, TikTok or Telegram as a stylish receipt or a polaroid.
