Freya: functional workouts for everyday life. The builder puts together a workout for your goal, level and equipment, and the log records your sets and shows your progress. No account, no internet needed, and your data stays on your device. WORKOUT BUILDER Workouts are built around basic movement patterns, not individual muscles: push, pull, squat, hinge and more. Choose your goal, level and equipment, and the generator suggests exercises. Reorder them by dragging and adjust the plan in a couple of taps. LOG AND PROGRESS Record weight, reps and sets in a couple of taps. The app shows your previous result for each exercise, and charts of weight, volume and sets by exercise and movement pattern show how your training load changes. Use kg or lbs. EXERCISE LIBRARY 70+ exercises with technique descriptions, from basic to advanced. Missing one? Add your own exercise and track it just like the rest. PRIVACY No accounts, no sign-up. Your workouts are stored on your device and work without a connection. WHO FREYA IS FOR For people who want to move freely and feel stronger in everyday life. No competitions, no records, no chasing numbers on the bar. Just regular training that makes the next day easier. FREE AND PREMIUM The essentials are free: the builder, the exercise library, the log and statistics. Premium unlocks statistics for any period, not just the last week/month. We'll keep adding new features, and some of them will be part of Premium. ----------------------------------------------------- PRIVACY POLICY — https://confused-restaurant-2c0.notion.site/Privacy-Policy-35a0836bf4c9800fae39c4d5450ba09e TERMS OF USE — https://confused-restaurant-2c0.notion.site/Terms-of-Use-35a0836bf4c980cab8d9d5d9e217df63-----------------------------------------------------
