Pass circuits. 3 minutes a day. Ohmie teaches electronics the way you'd learn a language: short, game-like lessons you actually solve, not paragraphs you skim. Lessons are read aloud, so your eyes stay on the circuit. Everything below is part of Ohmie Pro, an auto-renewing subscription. Details are in OHMIE PRO SUBSCRIPTION at the end. REAL PRACTICE • Live circuit sims: stack battery cells, dim an LED, watch current respond to resistance • Build schematics by dragging real components into place • Decode resistor color bands, spot the broken circuit, order the steps • Miss a question? It comes back in Practice until it sticks. That's the method, not a penalty. LEARN THE FULL PATH • Electronics: charge, current, voltage, Ohm's law, series and parallel, capacitors, power, analog, then transistors, logic gates and an 8-bit computer you can run, pause and step through • Physics: charge, electric fields, Gauss's law, potential, capacitors, circuits, magnetism and induction • Embedded systems: GPIO, timers, PWM, ADC, interrupts, serial protocols, build a device • Robotics: sensors, motors, PID control, build a line-following racer • PCB design: schematics, layout, routing, production • Programming: Python, and C++ for Arduino MOMENTUM THAT FORGIVES XP, streaks, daily quests, 28 badges to earn, skins to unlock, leaderboards, and a mascot named Ohmie who reacts to every answer and is on your side. Streaks are forgiving. Life happens. Stuck? Ask Ohmie and get a hint in plain words. No ads. Learn in English, Spanish or German. Sign in to keep your progress across devices. OHMIE PRO SUBSCRIPTION Ohmie is free to download. The lessons, practice, circuit sims, Ask Ohmie and everything else described above require an Ohmie Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan starts with a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Mathsjp at 5.0 against Ohmie's 4.5. Mathsjp also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ads (none vs shown). Ohmie's advantage is ratings volume (331 vs 1) and chart position (#189 vs unranked). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ohmie sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Mathsjp asks for nothing beyond the download.
Mathsjp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ohmie has 331 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
