Communicate in a way that feels possible in the moment. Reduce stress and build confidence at your own pace. What's included: a customizable Communication Passport and a way to communicate non-verbally and share information about your situation. Hiljalleen Communication Passport is designed for everyone, and people of all ages, who are sometimes non-verbal. You can customize the messages (we have many ready made templates for you to customize) according to your own situation. For example situational mutism (selective mutism), autism, hearing loss, injuries to the vocal cords and larynx, and many other disabilities that may impair speech. Hiljalleen Communication passport is safe to use and private. Designed by a clinical psychologist with AAC and speech and language pathology training and experience. * No accounts * No subscriptions * No fees * No ads. * No data tracking HILJALLEEN COMMUNICATION PASSPORT FEATURES INFO CARDS These cards allow you to quickly explain your situation to strangers. Our card templates are easy to customize from the options menu. Info cards describe your communication ways, capabilities and wishes in a calm and respectful tone. Info cards help reduce misunderstandings, and help you be more calm in surprising situations that may otherwise cause you dread or when encountering new people for the first time, such as new teachers, substitute teachers, new sitters or new doctors/therapists. Sharing information allows more space for compassionate and kind responses from strangers, hopefully leading to less pressure and less unrealistic demands. Info cards may even allow you to feel more compassionately and more acceptingly about your own situation when writing it down. In I can -section: You can indicate another person what may work for you in some situations, how the new person could re-frame their questions, or what type of communication might be easiest for you. In your wishes -section: You can communicate what you wish the new person would take into account before something you don’t want to happen happens. For example: “Treat me like everyone else”, or “I can’t answer questions or present myself verbally in front of class yet.” Or maybe “Sometimes I have panic attacks, and I may have to leave the room abruptly.” Having a way to communicate important things to a new person may help you bring down fears of new situations significantly, and reduce the “what if”- catastrophizing thoughts. You can communicate and be on your way. DRAWPAD Sometimes communication is possible by drawing. The simple drawpad provides a way to express symbols, emojis and feelings, words, or ideas when speech isn’t possible. COMMUNICATION BOARD An AAC communication board that has simple buttons and phrases. It is ideal for any situation where verbal communication is challenging. Messages are slightly zoomed when tapped. You can communicate your basic needs and ask for help. CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS Gentle visual themes and nature-inspired colors Dark / Light themes English and Finnish (Suomi) languages available, more languages may be added over time.
Wind Down

Your body needs a runway before sleep. Wind Down gives you one: a guided 10-minute bedtime ritual that carries you from a wired, racing mind to genuinely ready for bed. Most sleep apps hand you a playlist and hope for the best. Wind Down hands you a sequence. Gentle stretches to release the day, 4-7-8 breathing paced by a glowing orb, a dim-the-lights stretch of stillness, and one quiet moment to reflect - every step timed for you, so you never have to decide what comes next. Want shorter or longer? Run the 5-minute reset, the 15-minute deep descent, or open the builder and set each step to the length that fits tonight. WHAT YOU GET - A guided wind-down that paces every step for you, so all you do is follow along - 4-7-8 and box breathing led by a visual orb you can breathe with in the dark - Eight ambient night sounds - rain, ocean, fireplace, distant thunder, fan, night meadow and more - synthesized live on your phone, nothing to download - A sleep timer plus a gentle fade-out, so the sound stops after you do - A bedtime reminder that nudges you 15 minutes before the bedtime you set - A nightly streak, month calendar and 4-week chart that show the habit taking hold PERFECT FOR - Anyone who lies down and immediately starts replaying the entire day - People who scroll until midnight and want a better last fifteen minutes - Shift workers and light sleepers who need the same ritual at any hour - Anyone trying to build a bedtime habit that actually sticks past week one WHY NOT JUST PLAY A SLEEP PLAYLIST? A playlist works on the room. Wind Down works on you - it slows your breath, loosens your shoulders and closes the day out before the lights go off. And when sound is all you want, the timer fades it away on its own instead of playing until morning. Wind Down is a relaxation and sleep-hygiene helper, not a medical treatment. PRIVACY Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. Nothing you do here leaves your phone. FULL ACCESS One purchase unlocks all of it: the three guided routines plus the custom routine builder, the breathing orb, all eight ambient sounds with sleep timer and fade-out, bedtime reminders, and the full streak, calendar, achievements and progress history. Choose weekly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Yearly costs far less than paying weekly across a year, and lifetime is a single payment that includes every future update. Tonight, start the ritual ten minutes before you plan to sleep. That is the whole ask.
