Rhythm maps your emotional life across nine micro-phases of your cycle — and uses what you write each day to make every insight uniquely yours. Most cycle apps track four phases. Rhythm tracks nine. Each one has its own emotional texture, its own energy, its own needs — and Rhythm's AI reads both your current micro-phase and your daily notes to reflect something back to you that no other app can: the pattern of you, across your whole cycle. FOR YOU Log a note about how you're feeling — it takes 30 seconds. Rhythm's AI weaves it into a personalized daily insight grounded in where you are in your cycle and what you've written before. Over time, you start to see yourself more clearly: what you personally need in your different phases, and how to take amazing care of yourself through it all. FOR YOUR PARTNER Rhythm can share a thoughtful, AI-crafted daily update with your partner — translated from your experience into something they can act on. They don't need to ask how you're doing. They just know. It's not about oversharing. It's about being understood without having to explain everything. EVERY CARD, WRITTEN FOR YOU TODAY Rhythm's ten daily cards aren't generic wellness content. Each one is generated from your current micro-phase and what you wrote today — so what you see is never what someone else sees. • Nourish — foods and herbs chosen for your body right now • Move — movement that matches your energy, not fights it • Journal — a reflection prompt written for this phase and what's on your mind • Boundaries & Agency — how to hold your needs with clarity today • Relationships — how you're showing up for the people around you • Ritual — small, meaningful practices for this moment in your cycle • Meditate — guided stillness tuned to where you are • Hormones — what's happening in your body and why it matters today • Affirmations — words that meet you exactly where you are • Astrology — the cosmic weather, woven into your cycle's rhythm THREE MODES Cycle Tracking — full menstrual cycle tracking with nine micro-phase predictions, daily AI insights, and optional partner sharing. Wellness Journal — daily journaling and AI insights without cycle data, for anyone who wants emotional pattern awareness without period tracking. Partner — for the person supporting someone else. See their shared rhythm and a daily note on how to show up well, without tracking a cycle of your own. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notes and AI conversations are encrypted. Your emotional life stays yours. Free to use — start today.

See what your cycle is actually doing. Built with perimenopause in mind, and useful long before it. noovu keeps your periods, symptoms and medication in one place, and shows how they change over months and years – whether your cycle is regular now or not. It is a clear, uncluttered app: you record what matters, see what is changing and get on with your day. Fertility features, unsolicited advice and social feeds are left out on purpose, so it stays that way. WHAT YOU SEE • Today: the day you are on, and what is due. One tap for a period, a symptom, a pill • Calendar: the whole month at once, your records and your schedule together. Missed a day? Fill it in, or correct an earlier one, at any time • Stats: how your cycles and periods are changing, at 1, 3, 6 or 12-month grain, with typical, shortest and longest at a glance • Symptoms are yours: name them, colour them, hide the ones you have finished with MEDICATION, THE WAY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE WRITTEN • By cycle day: type "16-25". The count follows your real periods • As a repeating course: a pill every morning, days 15–28 of a 28-day pack, twice a week – independent of your periods • Placed once: a coil, an implant, a ring – no doses, no reminders, just a band across the days it is in • Each medication remembers when you started it and when you stopped • One reminder at your time, one more an hour later, and then it leaves you alone. Answer from the lock screen or your Apple Watch. Marking is optional; the reminder is the point YOUR DATA Your records are stored on your iPhone. noovu has no account, no advertising and no analytics, and the developer does not receive your records. They are part of your normal iPhone backup, and you can save a copy yourself at any time: one file with everything, restored on a new phone with one tap. Bring your period history with you from Apple Health or a Clue export. Apple Health sync is optional and off until you turn it on. Export a CSV for yourself or your doctor. Start with what happened today.
