Ninja Center helps you train with a personal coach, book sessions, and follow your progress—all in one app. Connect with your personal trainer, choose in-person or remote sessions, and view trainer profiles to get in touch easily. See your trainer’s availability, pick a time that fits, add sessions to your device calendar, and reschedule or cancel when needed (subject to your gym’s cancellation policy). On the home screen you’ll see today’s workout or the next upcoming session, browse past sessions and workout history, and get reminders so you don’t miss a session. Track your progress by logging workouts, recording body measurements over time, and seeing trends to stay motivated. Workouts come in different types—kickboxing, full body, upper body, lower body, stretching—with sessions tailored to your goals and level and a clear structure of exercises, sets, and reps. Set your goals, activity level, and preferences during sign-up, update your profile anytime, and add optional notes (e.g. injuries) so your trainer can adapt sessions. Trainers can manage their schedule and availability, view clients and their progress, plan and assign workouts, and receive booking and reminder notifications.
