About

Build a training routine that fits your life. Find a programme for your experience, plan your week and track your workouts, progress and meals. LOG FAST - Every set opens at what you did last time, so logging is confirming, not typing - Load, reps, RIR and rest for every set, with a rest timer that runs itself - A top set and its back-offs are one exercise with one history, not two - Supersets of any size, warm-ups, and sets added or skipped mid-workout - Swap a movement for today only, or for good TRAIN FROM APPLE WATCH - Count reps for supported movements, with counts you can correct - Confirm detected sets to log them, with optional automatic set timing - Start a workout on your wrist and leave the phone in the locker - One set per page: the Digital Crown sets the number, one tap logs it - Keeps logging with no signal and sends everything once you are back online - Live heart rate while you train, and the workout saved to Apple Health - The same workout mirrored live between iPhone and Apple Watch YOUR PROGRAMME, YOUR WAY - Find a ready-made programme for your experience, available time and training focus - Plan fixed training days or a flexible week, choose session times and set reminders - Start your first workout straight from the guided setup - Build workouts and programmes from nothing, or copy a ready-made plan and make it yours - Run a programme on fixed weekdays, as a rotating cycle, or as a pool you work through - Schedule sessions in list, day, week or month views, synced to iPhone Calendar or Google Calendar FOOD DIARY AND RECIPES - Log what you eat with portions, daily calories and macros - See calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate against your goal - Keep ingredients, preparation steps and nutrition per serving with your own recipes - Turn on the optional meal assistant for recipe ideas, or to turn your words into a recipe - Receive nutrition guides as PDFs from your trainer READ YOUR PROGRESS - Each lift's history, estimated 1RM, volume and working sets - Body weight with a seven-day average and weekly rate - Girths, skinfolds, check-ins and progress photos - Apple Health for the activity data you choose - Export everything as JSON or CSV COACH OR BE COACHED - Personal trainers get a workspace for each client: plan their training, send plans, take bookings and read their food diary - Trainers can hear about their clients' workouts and check-ins, and clients about changes their trainer made - Clients choose whether their trainer sees their progress photos Free, with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no ads. An account is required.

What's New in ProgressLoop Workout Tracker

1.20.0

October 27, 2026

Plans changed? Skip today's workout or move it to another day, with an option to undo. Manage your programme's training days, times and reminders together, and plan activities alongside workouts. When you move workouts onto the same day, Today shows both. Skipped days also show any trainer sessions that still stand, and Schedule records when a day was skipped or moved. Habits can appear in Schedule with their reminders. Archive habits and activities you no longer use while keeping their history, and restore them later. Apple Watch has clearer weight trends and a simpler Steps page. Weekly workouts and average steps are now grouped with activities. Also includes improvements to coaching schedules, workout planning and reminder reliability.
