Fast Easy times your fast from the moment you tap Start and tells you, in plain numbers, how much is left. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay. Pick a plan 16:8 suits most people, 18:6 and OMAD 20:4 stretch the window, circadian 13:11 is a gentle start, and Monk's 36:0 spans a full day and night. Want something else? Dial in any length with hours and minutes. The clock runs on real time, so quitting the app or switching off your iPhone doesn't lose a second. Forgot the timer? Log it anyway Add a fast you did without timing it. Choose the plan, when you stopped eating and when you ate again, and it joins your history, streaks and stats. A flag for your goal The flag fills the moment you pass your goal, and an alert can tell you when it happens. Started late? Move the start time back. History you can correct Every fast is listed with how close it came. Change its plan, start or end later, or remove it. Streaks, totals and a weekly chart Current and best streak, total hours, average length and how often you hit your goal. If you allow it, Fast Easy reads your weight from Apple Health to chart it beside your fasts; it never writes to Health. Fasting science walks through what happens in your body as the hours pass. At a glance Widgets count down to your goal, and a Live Activity keeps the countdown in view while your phone is locked, plus in the Dynamic Island. Four dials, eight accents Classic, Clock, Segments or Minimal. Light, dark or follow the system. Pick an accent and your Home Screen icon follows it. Nothing leaves your phone Fast Easy has no sign-in and sends your fasts nowhere. They live only on your iPhone or iPad.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Fast Easy at none against My Fasting Timer's shown. Fast Easy also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 8 days). My Fasting Timer's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
