Ruck Work Tracker is your go-to app for logging, tracking, and improving your rucking workouts. Whether you're new to rucking or a seasoned veteran, this app helps you measure your effort and see your progress over time. WHAT IS RUCKING? Rucking is simply walking with weight on your back. It's one of the most effective full-body workouts you can do — burning more calories than walking alone while building strength and endurance. THREE WORKOUT MODES Start Ruck Track your rucks with real-time GPS or enter distance manually. Add your ruck weight plus optional extra credit items like a sandbag, jerry can, or CMU. See your distance, pace, and route on a map as you go. Start Workout Log ruck-based exercises like squats, thrusters, overhead presses, lunges, rows, and more. Track reps or timed holds. Ruck lunges earn double credit for the extra effort. Distance Challenge Set a target distance and try to beat your personal best time. Track your PRs across 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 mile distances or set a custom goal. MEASURE YOUR EFFORT Ruck Work Tracker calculates two key metrics to quantify your effort: Ruck Work Units (RWU) — A measure of total work combining weight carried, distance covered, and exercises completed. Ruck Tons — Total weight carried across all workouts divided by 2000, showing how much cumulative weight you've moved. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS View your workout history with detailed stats for every session. See weekly trends, all-time totals, and personal records. Charts show your progress over time for RWU, Ruck Tons, and distance. FEATURES - GPS route tracking with real-time map display - Manual distance entry option - 12+ ruck exercises with rep and time tracking - Personal best tracking for distance challenges - Daily, weekly, and all-time statistics - Customizable default weights for ruck and accessories - Weight units in pounds or kilograms - Distance units in miles or kilometers - Quick add reps customization - Cloud-synced workout data RWT PRO (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) The app is completely free for daily use. All workout tracking features work without a subscription. RWT Pro unlocks unlimited workout history — free users can access the last 7 days of data. - Monthly: $4.99/month - Annual: $49.99/year (save 17%) Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A workout doesn't have to be a job, a personality, or a contest. When you were a kid, it was just fun: you saw a log in the woods and wondered if you could lift it, grabbed the dog and went for a hike, or raced to the park. That's what STRONK is built on. It doesn't care whether you lift 100 pounds or 1,000; walk a mile or ruck a marathon. You showed up, probably had fun, and hopefully did something worth telling your friends about. That's it. $4.99. ONCE. The going rate for a ruck tracker is $4.99 a month. This is $4.99, one time. Not a month. Not a year. Not ever again. Try everything free for 14 days; if you're in, it's one small payment, shareable with your family, yours forever. That's not a launch price. That's the point. (The tools underneath are real, though. Aggressively real.) LIFT Log sets fast, from your phone or your wrist, in type you can read from the bench without your glasses. Your last session sits next to this one, so you always know what you're trying to beat. No judgment when you don't. Supersets, because your time matters. Rest timers set to YOUR rest — 30 seconds or 5 minutes. STRONK doesn't lecture. RUCK Your other app calls a 35-lb ruck a walk. STRONK counts your body weight PLUS the weight on your back — and the formula is written out in plain English inside the app, so you can check our work. GPS routes, per-mile splits, elevation and heart rate, incline-aware treadmill rucks, and the weather you suffered through, on the record ("SWAMP MODE" is a real designation, earned). RUCK BUDDIES Tag which dogs came along (you know they're coming). They carried nothing. They get full credit anyway — name, photo, and all, right on the summary. Their pictures never leave your phone. RECEIPTS Every workout ends in a stat worth sharing: "1.5 WOOLLY MAMMOTHS." "741 CORGIS." "6.7 OSCAR STATUETTES, CARRIED A MILE." Lifetime totals that only go up. A calendar with no streaks and no guilt — just proof you showed up. History logs every exercise, set, rep, and mile (or kilometer) for posterity. NOTHING GETS LOST A finished workout is finished. It survives force-quits, dead batteries, and fat fingers. A save that fails says so instead of shrugging. The number on your wrist is the number in your history. Losing a session you actually did is the worst thing a tracker can do to you, and we build like we believe that. WHAT STRONK WILL NEVER DO No subscriptions. No ads. No streaks. No pep talks. No sweaty models. No fire emojis. APPLE STUFF, DONE PROPERLY Full Apple Watch app. Live Activities. HealthKit in and out — workouts, calories, routes, heart rate. Weather via WeatherKit. Photos picked privately, stored on-device. VoiceOver throughout. No account. No tracking. Your data is yours. And if you find the beta toggle in Settings... that's DASH. Race ya to the mailbox. Built in Minnesota by one guy, his wife, and two supervisory dogs. The feedback email is in Settings — it goes to an actual human, and fixes ship faster than you'd think.
