What's New in That's Stronk

1.8.2

August 23, 2026

Every screen got the same haircut. One type scale, one temperature, sharper corners. Numbers now set in their own face — your splits finally line up. Fixed: • Text Size no longer snaps big numbers in half at the top end. • Metric users see metric on the live ruck screen. It's been quietly showing you feet this whole time. Sorry. • DASH shuts GPS off when you walk away from it. It should never have needed telling. • An unfinished dash now asks what you want to do instead of pretending it's still running. • You can stop a dash yourself, instead of waiting for the finish line to agree with you.

THIS IS STRONK

This app is where it’s at. I used to struggle with weight lifting for the past few years, but this app improved my lifting experience. I’m now lifting more corgis than ever before. IFYKYK.

Response from developer

Thanks for the review purplebear! Glad you're enjoying the app! We tried to build something that's actually useful in the gym... and also makes me smile! Go lift some more Corgis! :D

Just the Facts Plus a Bit of Fun

The simplicity is the beauty of this app. It’s easy to set up your different routines. Then just a few taps and clicks during workouts to track weight and reps. I used to skip tracking because it was so cumbersome to log in my notes. Other apps are subscription based and have so many features, bells and whistles that I don’t want and don’t need. This is just so easy and quick to use during my workouts. Also love that i can actually read it without my readers!

The basics done well!

So easy to log my workouts without all the gimmicks, gamification, endless micro transactions and social nonsense. Refreshing throwback to a time when apps just did what they advertised!

All I need!

App that does what it says. Logs my workout easily. Bonus points for not being full of menus and spreadsheets, and for not hassling me to subscribe to stuff I don’t want.

Oh. And lifted 8 F1 Race cars this morning. That felt cool. 😂
