Hold. Rest. Repeat… without counting in your head. I built Stretch & Release after I kept losing track of how long I’d held a stretch, or how many reps I still had left. Set your hold time, rest time and reps. Numbers and graphics are easy to read, or close your eyes and use the spoken audio and haptic cues. Use either your iPhone or your Apple Watch — build a set list and it syncs across both devices using iCloud.

Your body, your routine. StretchPrep is a stretching routine builder: compose exactly the session you need — zones, holds, order — and follow it with the guided player. BUILD YOUR ROUTINE • Pick from 151 illustrated stretches, organized by body zone: neck, shoulders, back, lower back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and more • Set each block your way: timed hold (30 s, 45 s…) or breath cycles • Left/right sides, custom block names, from warm-up to wind-down • Save routines as templates, organize with folders and tags, mark favorites FOLLOW THE GUIDED PLAYER • Big posture illustration, countdown, next stretch always announced • Left/right reminders and a soft gong at the end of each block — no need to watch the screen • You stretch, it guides • Voice announcements: a voice says the next stretch, and can count down 3, 2, 1 • Apple Health (optional): each session is saved as a workout in the Health app START IN SECONDS • 15 ready-made routines: morning wake-up, desk break, runner's recovery, hips & lower back… • Or start from your zones, goal and time, then make it yours SHARE YOUR ROUTINES • Send any routine with a short link: to a friend, a running partner, a client. • The person who opens it adds it to their app in one tap — or sees it on a web page. • Manage your links in Settings: copy them again or delete them at any time. Only the routines you share leave your device. MADE FOR PRACTITIONERS AND PROS Physios, coaches and teachers prepare sequences for their clients with StretchPrep — and export any routine as a clean PDF. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no tracking. Your routines stay on your device. STRETCHPREP PRO The free version lets you build and play your first routines.
